Chapter (02).2
It had been about 2 months since my little run in with Niklaus and his desire to kill me. I don't really get why I mean sure I choked Hayley but not with any pressure nor did I really start it was all her.
Anyhosers nothing else had happened except that now. Hayley is kidnapped by the witches why? Who the fuck knows? Klaus went after her and we have no idea where, what or anything. Elijah found out where so he went. Hayley was dead, Nik was snapped and angry. Life was great. I had gon to meet with my brothers so it wasn't really my problem and I was not the one who got kidnapped by witches. Like dont get me wrong I wouldn't want her to like die, nor the baby but like she clearly accused me and I'm not here for that sweetie other then that and the fact that she really seem to hate me, I dont have anything against her at all.
She seems like a genuine person and some one I could get along with if she didn't pose like she hated EVERYTHING about me like have I done shit to her, no, no I have not. I mean sure I chocked her but it was her fault, it would have gone great if she didn't do shit. Right enough about Hayley and back to the happenings now. I was walking in the woods with my brothers talking until I feel my phone vibrating in my pocket. I take it out and answer it ''Hello'' I say and hear some ruckus in the background ''Darling, when are you coming home.'' I hear Kol say on the other side of the phone. '' Uhh, I dont know really in like an hour or two maybe'' I tell him walking a little away from my brothers but still in their eye sight holding up mine and Ares's deal from when I was younger. Yea still up holding it for most of the part.
" Alright well, we have a slight problem." He tells me " What is it?" I ask slightly worried now " The witches have taken the baby for a ritual and Hayley is now a hybrid so" he tells me and I can basically hear Elijah roll his eyes. "On our way, darling" i tell him and hang up. My brothers heard the conversation and started walking me in front( Think of the scene with Hayley, Nik and Elijah when the looked badass walking, kay, grape). We get to where this stupid sacrifice of the babe is happening. And see the witches against the lot of my family. I prepare and walk up with an angry look seeing as this babe is apart of my family to and I would do anything to protect her.
" Hello, witches of New Orleans" i say as a first trying to distract as my brothers go behind to snap their necks " Ashford" the main witch says " Hey darling, sunny day huh" i say with a tone whereas she looks confused seeing as it was night. I raise my hand and do a sun spell on her whereas she dies obviously. I walk to my brothers and then to the babe. I look at her before looking at Hayley, Elijah, Nik and Kol who is looking at me and my brothers. I pick up the babe and run off whilst my brothers stay behind with the rest.
When I get back there are a bunch of witches and vampires stand there obviously waiting for the babe. I look at them intensely and they die in an instant, I guess being an Ashford risen from the dead has it's perks. The rest come home and see me in a chair singing to the sweet babe.

I sing as the others just stand to listen. The babe falls asleep as I rock her looking at her fondly. Kol comes and sits next to me, kissing my head and then turn to the babe with great fondness.
-NIK's POV-
We get back to the house and see Amali singing to my small child with a bunch of dead witches and vamps around her. She is singing her to sleep whilst rocking her. Kol walks over and sits next to her looking at the newborn fondly after kissing Amali's head. Looking at my brother being this way is a new thing to me, to all of us.
He is being civil when he is with Amali and now the new baby and it is a surprise to
all of us. Not only has he finally found happiness but he has also found his human again, the person he was before vampires and such.
-ELIJAH's POV-
Kol is a completely new person, of course he is always going to be his old self but he has a new side now with his love and now his niece. This side has not been shown by Kol since he was young and without his vampire.

After I had put the babe to sleep in her bassinet I looked at the rest of the family as I walked down the flight of stairs. Hayley walks up to me and crushes me in a hug which was a very unexpected thing for me. I just blink and she retracts " Thank you, for saving her" she says with happiness in her eyes " Your welcome, sweets" i tell her and move to the couch where Kol sits and lean on him.
" I don't think it is safe for the babe here" I start looking at them. They turn to me with confusion all but Elijah who nods in agreement " I think we should give her to Bekah, where she will be safe" I finish " I have to agree with Amali on this one. Our enemy's are now the baby's and they will come for her not to mention the New Orleans witches who still want her dead" he says and I nod.

The babe had been sent to Bekah, and we continued to stay at the house whilst Elijah went with the babe. Kol and I start talking about getting out of the town now that there is not much to be doing here. We agree that we will go on a small trip to France and then back here and live with Bekah and the babe.
