Chapter (02).1

It had been about a week since Amali died and things had changed a lot. We had gone back to New Orleans and her brothers came with us. I have gotten really close to Ares and a lot closer to Elijah as well because of Amali's death. Elijah was her best friend and my soulmate so I guess we just bonded a lot during the grieving process.

Although the worst thing is you know have gone a bit of the rails here. Killed people here and there. Nik got a werewolf girl pregnant so we are stuck with watching her although Elijah seems to quite enjoy her and I think Amali would've too. The brothers have are in the same boat as me still grieving a lot not processing what is really happening.

Apollo though is in deep denial and think she is alive. Which I get I mean I would be in denial too, if I wasn't busy with my old ways and the fact that I can feel that she's not here. There isn't that same warmth in me as it has always been, or that feeling of happiness whenever I was around her. There is nothing.

At the moment nothing exciting is happening. Elijah is daggered because of Nik trading him of to Marcel. Rebekah and Nik are out searching for Hayley. I would have went as well if I wasn't busy playing with Apollo. Yea we've gotten very close as well I think it is because I'm the only thing to really understand what their going through with Elijah daggered and that the others dosent get the extent of it.

" Yea, father did it. No he's dead, he died during the whole process. Yea she did. Hopefully the prophecy is true." Me and Apollo hear Ares saying talking on the phone most likely. I look to Apollo " What prophecy?" I ask him and he just shrugs " No clue" he says back " Yea if you go check the cave, I'll keep the fort down here and maybe you can see if you can get ahold of Achilles while your at it." He says walking into where we are ending it on Achilles. 'Who the hell is Achilles?'

" Ares why are you trying to reach Achilles?" Apollo asks " He should know to Api, I just told Atticus and now it's only him that doesn't know." He says " Who is Achilles and Atticus?" I ask not in the loop. " Their our brothers. Achilles is Ami's twin but he left a couple centuries ago to pursue something. And Atticus is our oldest brother." He answers sitting down on a chair next to us.

"And what prophecy are you talking about A?" Apollo asks and Ares gets a little anxious " You heard that?" He asks and we nod " Its just a stupid thing that was in the scrolls but we don't know if it's true and if it is we will tell you" he says " We?" Apollo asks " Atticus" he answers " So you and Atticus are the only ones that know about this and you never told us?" Apollo says " Adelphe knows too, if that helps" he says and walks out "IT DOSENT"Apollo yells after him.

Just in that moment the others comes through the door. Hayley in Nik's arms passed out and Rebekah close behind " What happened?" We ask " We do not go to the doctors anymore" Nik says and walks upstairs with Hayley. " We got attacked and something happened don't know what though" Rebekah says as she walks up the stairs.

~ARES'S POV~

It had been 4 months and nothing. Well now I know that the scrolls lie through their teeth. The prophecy says If used on a pure heart, and used against power greater then it's holder. The dead will once rise within a life span of 1 year and fulfill their quest to happiness and success and it had gone 5 months since her death and nothing.

I've been keeping a close line with Atticus who haven't gotten a hold of Achilles but will try till he gets through. Me and Apollo had both gotten close to Kol and Elijah but Elijah was kinda gone the first few days and then he was over Hayley and all that. Hayley is going to have baby soon and I think or I hope Amali will be here to help Hayley cause she is a wonder with kids.

~ATTICUS'S POV~

My sister is dead, her twin, my brother is MIA and the two others are with the Mikaelson's watching over. I've been trying to get a hold of Achilles but no answer. It has gotten that irritating that I'm considering going to his place or call his girlfriend which he won't like. He doesn't like that any of us take contact with his girlfriend but I'm pretty sure Vangi have. She doesn't listen to what any of us say at anything and it is the most annoying thing ever.

I get to the cave and walk in. The cave is where all Ashford's lay. Adelphe lays here, our mother, our father even though he doesn't deserve it, it is tradition that all Ashford members lay here after their passing, and now Vangi. Since she had a pure as gold ish heart, of course she has killed and been her reckless self but the universe still consider her heart as pure as gold or it says as opals but it doesn't sound right plus everything that relates to us has opal in it except me and my brothers as well as our parents.

Anyhosers I walk up to my little sisters coffin and look at her. She has a glass coffin so it is simple to see her. She is laying in a victorian light blue dress, her hair is braided in the front pieces and tied in the back and with flowers in them. blue sweet Williams to be exact, her favorites. Overall she looks gorgeous. My little sister.

I had brought some blue sweet Williams for her from my girlfriend so I placed them at the end of her coffin and then I hear a gasp. I stand up again and see my little sister " That is bullshit" is the first thing she says and I'm guessing it had something to do with my father and what he might have said before he daggered her. " Vangi" i say and she looks at me.

"Atticus" she says with pure shock not expecting to see me since I have been gone for quite awhile but so so. She starts looking around, taking in her surroundings with a face that is definitely her saying it's dull. " Where the hell am I?" She asks looking at me with a questionable look. " Ashford family tomb" i say helping her out of the coffin. " IM IN A TOMB" she yells at me with disbelief in her voice.

" Well it is our family tomb so technically it's fine" i tell her but it's clearly not helping " Still a tomb Atti" she says walking around. " Right" i mumble as I lead her out of the cave. I look at her and see her face go into a reject of the light kinda face " God it's bright. You couldn't wait until like night to do this" she says looking at me " I was not the one who woke you up Vangi. That was all you sweetie" i tell her.

She makes a quick 'oh' sound. " So should we go straight to the Mikaelson's or-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence before she answers " Yes, yes, yes let's go straight there." Is what she says and I go with an ok. I dial Ares's number and let it ring. " Hello?" He says " Hey Ares" I say back. I don't really know how to tell him the prophecy as tal but I'll figure it out . I hear some noice in the background so I'm only guessing he is with the Mikaelson's.

" What's up?" He asks me " Well you know how we were waiting for the prophecy to be fulfilled and all such." I say " Yea, but its not tal, just tells us that the scrolls are lies." He says back. I look at Amali and see her walking around taking in her surroundings, I smile watching my little sister. " Actually it is tal, Vangi's awake" i tell him. I hear nothing but dead beat silence so I'm guessing he's gone in state of shock which is expected.

" She's what now?" He asks with shock in his voice. " Yea she's awake and we are on our way over to your place" i tell him and he says a quick ok and we hang up " Come on Vangi let's go see you boyfriend" i say in a teasing voice.  " Shut up dipshit" she says hitting me slightly on the shoulder.

Hopefully now that father is dead and I'm here to help protect her as much as possible even though she is going to get in trouble now matter what. But hopefully she won't die or get daggered, non of us will unless one of us do it though that would suck. Plus non of us would I think.

We are standing outside of the Mikaelson's place and Amali is just staring at the city. I know she loves New Orleans and that is where she feels the safest so it makes sense. " You ready, little sister?" I ask her and she looks at me with those big green eyes and smiles " Duh" she says and walks towards the door.

Her with no manners walks straight in because as is said no manners. I get a call so I wait outside plus it is Ares so I'll wait. " Hey" i say " Hey, uhm if your at the house then we aren't there only Hayley is so if any confusion for Eve then you know why" he tells me and I'm about to answer when I heard yelling. " Yea uhm Ares I have to go. Is as you said something is going In inside so talk to later". I tell him and hang up.

I walk inside to see Vangi standing in front of Hayley with a hand around her neck but I can see she's not laying pressure. " Vangi" i say and she looks at me " She attacked me first and she's lucky she's pregnant or else she would have been a dead girl walking" she tells me and I nod and tell her to let go and she does.

" Who the hell are you guys?" Hayley asks us " I'm Atticus and this is my sister Evangeline" I say and Vangi growls a little hearing that I called her Evangeline but I don't pay to it. "Hi" Vangi says with slight smile " Sorry for the choking thing" she adds " It's okay, how did you know I was pregnant" Hayley asks her " witch" she answers. Hayley nods.

~Amali's POV~

I am awake, I have met this chick Hayley who don't like me I bet ya she is kinda wary around me because the first time we met i chocked her so it is true first impressions really do matter. Take my advice on that and certainly do not choke someone the first you meet.

The only thing I'm waiting for now are the Mikaelson's and my brothers. Atti said they would be here shortly. Then bam bam baaaaa the doors open and in walks all 6 of them. They are talking and I see Kol looking a little down but meh it'll be over soon right. Yea it will. I'm here. It'll all be over soon.

Rebekah looks up and sees Hayley, then she looks over and sees my brother then me with the biggest shock on her face. I smile at her and she comes down running. She drags me into a hug to the point where I can barely breathe " Bekah I need to breath babe" I breath out to her. She lets go of me and smiles " I thought you were dead, DONT EVER DO THAT" she says/ yells at me hitting me on the arm " Sorry but I was kinda dead you know" I tell her

Elijah comes up to me and hugs me as well. Then in this exact order: Nik, Apollo, Ares then last but not least Kol although he spends a bit more time until he to comes crashing down and hugs me almost as Rebekah did but to the point where I can breath. The he pulls apart but then leans in and kisses me very passionately but gently.

Because my siblings are in this room so he can't go crazy really. He pulls away and I smile at him. I the turn around and see Elijah next to Hayley. I smile at him with a teasing smile and he just glared back. " So the prophecy was true then" Api says "what prophecy?" I ask. " If used on a pure heart, and used against power greater then it's holder. The dead will once rise within a life span of 1 year and fulfill their quest to happiness and success" Atti says " Still don't get the pure heart thing as it's Amali we are talking about here and  she is not pure" Apollo says okay offended " I can be pure" i say and he laughs shaking his head " No you can not" he says whilst laughing. Rude.

Ares and Atti are talking about something and when I hear Achilles's name I get intrigued so I walk up to them. " Why are you talking about Achi?" I ask them and they both look at me " We've been trying to reach him but he doesn't answer. We wanted to tell him what happened to you and stuff ya know" Ares tells me " Oh well it's simple to get ahold of him" i say trying to get my phone but I'm in a dress with no pockets " Oh for gods sake, why am i in a dress" I ask and they all look at me

" Ami, you look gorgeous" Bekah tells me " Yea thanks but it's no use when I don't need to look gorgeous" i tell her, I reach over to Ares's pocket and take out his phone. I dial Alice's number and take it to my ear. I rings until it picks up " Hey Alice" i say " Amali, hey. What can I help you with?" She ask me " Is Achilles there by any chance or?" I ask her " Yea, yea of course" she says " Wait a second" she adds and I do I wait " Hello?" I hear my brother say.

" Listen here you little prick. I was dead and you don't even care enough to pick up your brothers calls. I mean honestly where are your manner do you not have any. Does you moving to freaking Germany mean you loose all manners what so ever? I got freaking killed and you don't care that you baby twin sister is dead. Did you not even get a feeling, like hello TWIN BOND. But noooo, you won't even call.Do I mean nothing to you?" I tell him and everyone around me looks at me in shock. Mostly my brothers because getting through to Achi has clearly not been easy for them.

" Of course you do. You are the most important thing in my life. And I did get a feeling, I knew you were dead. I was dealing with that. You know if I died you would be miserable too because you would feel like you lost yourself with it so I have been dealing with it. And I didn't feel like answering their calls because I was to busy trying to survive without you okay." He tells me. " Oh, well okay then. But you have lived without me for about 400 ish years right." I tell him " Yea but still" he says.

" Listen I'll be on my way to meet this guy of yours you know" he says and I look at Kol " How'd you know bout that?" I ask " Twin bond baby sis" he says " Oh, well I'll be waiting and you better hurry" i tell him " Ofcourse twinsie" he says and we hang up. I give the phone back to Ares and walk towards the stairs because I do not wanna be in this dress any longer. The hair I can go with but the dress no thank you. " Where you going now?" Apollo asks me " To get out of this dress" i tell him and walk upstairs.

~Kol's POV~

Amali is alive. " Who is she anyway?" Hayley asks us " She's a friend of ours" Nik says " And our sister" Apollo says " Do you not like her?" Rebekah asks her " Well our first impression wasn't exactly the best. She could be a danger to the baby" she says. Amali could never be a danger " No she wouldn't, Amali is a wonder with children and they love her just as much as she loves them. Amali wouldn't hurt a child in her entire life." Ares says and I agree " And if she turns off her humanity" Hayley says. Does this girl not get anything " With or without her humanity. Which she has turned of once and she didn't even kill anyone" Apollo says. How has she not killed without her humanity.

" What was your first impression of her?" Elijah asks " Well she kinda choked me" she answered " WHAT" Nik yelled " Well to her defense she attacked first" Her brother said. We looked at Hayley " It's true she did I mean she couldn't harm me with a fireplace thingy but still." Amali says walking in to the room in my clothes. Then Nik speeds at her choking her. I get up but she quickly reverses the positions so she's choking him. " This is giving me major deja vu." She says " You know of the first time we met and you choked me because I didn't wanna tell you anything. That was fun" she adds then she lets him go " Don't challenge me Nik, you know who will win and who will lose. Spoiler you won't win."
