Ah Yue Jin and Ah Yue Bo

The faint brightness of the moon penetrated the dark room for a few seconds before the space was closed again, returning the room to its pitch dark state with a small lamp to illuminate a small portion of the room. Knowing that whatever or whoever was up there was there for him, he got down from the only mattress In the room and walked out, just in time to see the shadow jumping out of the courtyard.

"Senior?" He whispered in doubt before running after the silhouette that had blended with the night.

Unbeknownst to him, a servant came out from the room and followed him.

The moment the young boy jumped into the street that was beside the minister's manor and before he could land on his feet, a kick came flying towards his stomach.

The boy immediately flipped in the air and changed his landing spot, however the attack didn't stop. Another kick came for him and this time he couldn't dodge in time and was kicked to the fence of the manor.

The youngster hit his back on the wall and made a low muffled groan. He hadn't rested for a few seconds before another kick came flying towards his face.

The boy blocked the kick with his arms crossed to protect his face, but couldn't stop the fall that came next.

The young fellow was whacked so badly that he just spread out on the dusty ground without moving. It wasn't that he didn't want to move, but he couldn't move a muscle, and besides, from the fighting style, he learned that it was his senior– Ah Yue Rong.

Who was he to fight with the second most powerful person in the guild when he was just the fifth?

As Ah Yue Rong was unsheathing her sword, the youngster on the ground suddenly found strength and sat up.

"S– senior, senior sister," he called in a hurried voice as fear suddenly started to take a bite at his heart. His fear-filled eyes followed the sword's every move. That sword was laced with slow acting poison. Even though she didn't kill him, the poison on it surely would in the future.

He watched with a dried throat as she raised the sword and made a quick slash towards his head.

"Senior sister, please forgive me!" The youngster screamed, but just when his words fell, he felt warm liquid splashed on him before a figure fell beside him. He turned to look at his side and saw that it was the servant that hated him for being loved and treated right by everyone, so he sighed in relief.

"Rong, you are as master described you to me." A chuckling voice sounded from the darkness and soon a human figure walked into view. It was the female guard who allowed Ah Yue Rong a free pass at the gate.

"Who are you?" Jin asked. He had never seen this lady in the guild before, although he had seen her a few times recently by the city gate when he went out to get some herbs for his 'master.'

"Ah, it seems master has not told you about me yet. I'm Ah Yue Bo– master's first disciple," She smiled when she saw the shock on their faces.

"This isn't a safe place to talk. The prime minister's guards are very sensitive, especially shadow one…" She glanced at Jin and said:

"...Hey, you, pick up that corpse and follow me."

Jin wanted to protest. He was badly beaten by his senior and still hasn't been told what he did wrong and this newcomer– no, senior was telling him to carry a corpse?

While he was still rebelling in his mind, the two ladies leaped towards the roof that was closest and started to run along the roofs.

"Am I supposed to run along the roofs with a corpse on my badly beaten body?" He wanted to yell, but remembering shadow one and two never sleeps, he calmed himself and only murmured words to the corpse.

"What's the use of carrying you anyway, why don't I dissolve you into nothing?" With that said, he jumped back into the manor, entered his room and came out later with a small bottle. He opened the battle and poured the content on the corpse and jumped onto the roof to follow his seniors.

The corpse slowly started to melt away and before thirty minutes, there was only a pool of liquid left on the ground that was slowly drained by the earth.

The three disciples were seen sitting inside a reserved room in an inn. The three of them had their faces covered as the attendant served them tea and left.

The attendant didn't find it weird that three disguised people were at their inn by the dead of the night because the inn was to cater for weird people to hold meetings at night anyway. Not having his head chopped off by the three weird people was already a good enough reason for him to be grateful and mind his business.

After the attendant left, the three took off their scarves and were able to see each other's faces from the light coming from the lamp.

"So you are the dissolver poison maker?" Ah Yue Bo asked.

"Yes, senior," Jin smiled.

"Interesting, master talked about you being at the prime minister's manor but I've never thought to check on you because my mission wouldn't let me leave the palace."

"You are a guard at the palace?" Rong asked.

"Hmm… master sent a note that you would be entering the capital so I volunteered to stay by the gate. After you return, I'll go back to the palace," She said.

"Why has the capital become so tight with security? And you Jin, why didn't you send a message to the master?" Rong frowned.

"I did, I have no idea why master didn't tell you." Jin pouted, he was wrongfully beaten and then accused for something he already did a few days ago.

"I also did, and I believe innkeeper Ling from the neighboring town would have sent master a message too, so why were you not told?" Ah Yue Bo stared at Rong who was frowning and continued, "unless you did something wrong and she's punishing you." She picked up her cup of tea and sipped from it with a smile. 'That's great,' she thought.
