"Wait!!!!"

A shout was heard but non knew where it came from except for the dukes who sat near the prince. Reine looked at the girl as she was helplessly looking for the man who shouted out that word. He looked at her as his heart ache in seeing her eyes with her wet lashes searching for her saviour, then when there gazes met, she knew it was him, as for how she was looking at him,she knew he was her savior. And even Reine knew that she recognized him as for how she was looking at him. Then as their eyes locked on each other's gazes, her tear fell and that's when Reine said something not even he himself believed that one day her would be saying those words Infront of everyone

"She's mine"

All were shocked as well as the girl who looked at him with wide eyes as sour tears fell underneath her eyes, the dukes stood in shock as they looked at the prince. They couldn't believe their noble prince said such words when he himself was quietly going against such activities, realizing what he just said outloud, he knew there's no going back now, he had to support his statement and make her his... And no one else's.

"Your highness, are you hearing yourself right now, do you realize what you just said?"

Reine was looking at the girl as her gaze melted his knees and made them wobbly, he knew if he kept on looking at those blue dark eyes it'll be impossible for him to answer anything to the dukes so he forced himself to look away and sharpened his gaze at the dukes as they asked him that question.

"I heard exactly what I said and I meant it"

They all were shocked to his reply.

" But your highness it is way too late now as the girl is already.... Sold"

" Has the deal already been finalized? "

" No your highness but.... "

" Return his dimes and give the girl to me "

There eyes widen as they looked at his highness. Reine's heart was burning as he said those words but he kept calm hiding his uneasy ness.

"Your highness!!"

lord Henry finally spoke out.

" I believe you're going against the law in the process of getting what you want. It is clearly stated that once a prisoner has been sold, there's no going back, but right now you're going against that law your highness"

Before he answered that question, Reine looked at the girl, he felt her heart beating out of fear as she looked away avoiding his gaze. Reine looked at lord Henry again and asked him.

"Is the deal finalized?"

"That doesn't matter your highness!"

"It matters a lot to me, as long as the deal hasn't been finalized yet, then I still have a chance to have her as mine"

" Your highness I won't agree with you in this matter and am sorry for that, the auction is over and it was clearly stated that she's mine now as I gave the highest bid"

" Oh! So the bid is the problem, that can be sorted out, you'll be given back your dimes and I'll buy her with a higher bid and she'll belong to me. "

" Your highness that'll be unfair to me, you're going against the law!!! "

" Iam the law"

" The king is the law your highness not you!!!!!!! "

The hall went silent as Reine looked at lord Henry with anger and lord Henry looking at him with so much hatred as well. The girl only stiffened as her hair dropped down and cover her face. Suddenly, the voice was heard

"What's with all the commotion about?"

The king came himself and stood directly proportional to Reine. They all bowed to him and showed their respect to him as lord Henry slowly calmed down upon seeing his magesty. Then the dukes answered the king

"Your magesty something unbelievable happened here today.... His highness.... Wants to buy this prisoner "

The king widened his eyes and looked at Reine. He couldn't believe what he just heard from the dukes.his prince has finally found the interest in a woman. He looked at the girl and asked himself,what does this girl have to imprison his prince like this in insisting that this girl was his? What sort of power does she have to steal the prince's heart and soul? But he felt no magic in her,nothing at all. no matter how weak a being is,the king could feel it's power,he could feel the magic or powers flowing out his or her body, but he felt nothing to her,she had no power, she was just a fragile human and that is all. But the question still ran in his mind, if she was just a fragile weak human then why is the prince so into her? He felt the desire in the prince's eyes when he saw how he was looking at the girl, he looked at the prince and asked him

"Reine!!! Is this true?"

Reine without thinking twice answered him

"Yes your magesty"

The king couldn't believe what he just heard and only looked at him, then he smiled

"So? What seems to be the problem?"

"The problem is that the girl has been bought already by lord Henry"

" I see"

the king nodded as he thought of a solution to this problem. He looked at the prince and called out.

"Reine!!! Why are you interested in this girl that made you want her though she's already sold?"

Reine didn't have the courage to look at her as he answered the question. His heart pounded high due to out of breath, then, he released a sigh and he said softly to the king

"I desire her your magesty"

All were shocked as there eyes flew open and looked at Reine, the virgin prince had finally found his match, this thought came in their mind, even the girl looked at him with disbelief in her eyes as he could clearly see her thought in her mind thinking that '...I've crossed the ocean of monsters only to find myself in the seas of beasts...'.

"You desire her?"

"Yes your magesty"

As the Lord saw the king looking at the prince with hope that she'll be his, the Lord suddenly blurted

"But I've bought her your magesty, please keep that in mind...."

The king looked at Reine and knew if Reine couldn't get this girl, then he'd never find any interest in any girl again. But on the other hand, the Lord already bought her.... And so how could he convince the Lord to give Reine the girl...... Wait a minute..... Iam the one who created the law, so I can break it as well, I can't let my son lose this chance in having her for his own..... I know what to do now, there's no way lord Henry would win this. And so the thought came in his mind and executed it as soon as possible, he stood high and mighty and said

"The second auction will be made,"
