It is very seldom that a mermaid is born during a full moon. So it was believed that Yurena would bring misfortune to her race. One day, an oil spill from an oil tanker spread all over the ocean and killed many mermaids and other sea creatures. This event can be considered a catastrophe and is called a bad omen or misfortune brought by Yurena according to their old belief. 

Yurena was blamed for that incident and their race united to send her to earth to retaliate and kill the man who owned the ship who spread the chemical in their home under the sea. Here, she will meet the handsome billionaire Mao Ferragamo and fall in love with him. 

This will bring confusion in Yurena's mind, what is more important? Her mission or her happiness?

"Getting up slowly sir Mao, are you in pain?" the maid asked the moment he opened his eyes.

"What happened? Why am I here?" the man asked as he found himself lying in his room.

His friend Kyle immediately came to him and calmed him down, "chillax bro, why are you panicking? Calm down first."

"Where is Yurena? Where are the others? What happened to them?"  the man asked and the moment he closed his eyes he remembered the strange event of last night. While he was drowning in the ocean he was saved by a mermaid with a silver tail. He hugged her and quickly carried her to the rocks where she would be safe.

While lying down, he was able to open his eyes and here he confirmed that a strange creature had indeed saved him.
