Series of unfortunate events 2

Just a second ago when the first servant rushed the stairs to make his report he clashed into a maid by accidentally tripping his foot and to reduce the fall he had grabbed the nearest thing he could hold on to unfortunately for him that was the maids chest he held,

followed by a scream and as if that wasn't enough a huge guy who had been flirting with the maid by the stairs became very angry thinking that the man did it on purpose so he quickly punched him but before then a heavy slap was given to the servant by the maid leaving a finger print on one side and swollen face on another this was exactly the scene the second servant had seen

and this second servant was quiet an arrogant one, seeing this he became very annoyed and pounced at the huge man,

from the way he jumped in, the huge man could not react on time and slammed into a drinking table containing five men who were busy minding their business and sharing their loot on the table only for someone to fall right on top of the table and the entire silver coins were scattered everywhere,

once others saw this everyone rushed to pick a coin or two but would those five men let it go of course not and with that an all out bawling was set loose and of course those two servants were not an exception,

the second servant was quickly grabbed by the huged man and was getting beaten to a pulp while the first servant was surrounded by four females who kept hitting him for their friend who happened to be the maid that arranged Asahel's room, and was just abused

as of now the entire inn ground floor was in chaos only the attendant behind the counter was some what spared since she hid behind and those who were still sleeping or working outside were spared.

Normally fights like this breaks out all the time but it would be called off most especially when a knight was involved but this didn't end even after a knight was called over

To make it worst he was dragged into the fight by a foolish servant who was trying to defend himself and then accidentally hit the knight. Finally by the time everything ended more knights were called and everyone who was caught fighting were carried away of course the female who was harrassed was only called to give a statement since her colleagues kept pointing at a very miserable and unfortunate person who was half dead by the floor saying he and his friend started it and with that the place became quiet well not entirely since by the time the matter got settled others who were sleeping came out and near by shop owners came out as well to talk more and open their businesses

but a particular person only stopped at the stairs with disdain filled in her eyes and walked backed in, slept off and not even the noise of their fighting bothered her till the day broke

When morning came Asahel washed up

ate some snacks and slept off again in fact she hadn't had enough sleep yet and right now the inn was short of helpers so she rested her body more hoping to go out by noon to look for food since an information had been passed to apologise for the disturbance of last night and the lack of staff since an incident was related to them

Soon noon came and Asahel walked down the stairs in her new neat clothes with the head wrap but she dressed up as a boy since that was the request she made last night

"Good morning young sir I hope you slept well we're deeply sorry about the noise last night" the attendant spoke

"It's fine I slept extremely well even this morning as well"

"Ohh I see well then that's great so is there anything you'd like me to do for you today?"

"Actually I'd like to go to a restaurant can you mention a good one for me"

"Sure I'd love to"

With that the attendant gave some directions and Asahel walked out while Fairy flew out from her small bag and rested on her head as they both moved towards the direction given to them

While going a carriage suddenly passed them with full speed almost ramming into Asahel but she quickly evaded it while also hearing the coachman curse at her for not watching were she's going

In truth she was at the wrong side of the road and of course she didn't know that but she wasn't a tiny bit happy that she had been cursed still she walked ahead in displeasure after a while she walked passed that same carriage that had stopped at some kind of police building since from the looks of it criminals were taken inside but she couldn't help but sneer at the carriage

"All that speed just to stop there and here I thought he was going to heaven"

"Hehe master it's only been a day and alot is happening remember to keep a low profile"

"Who are you lecturering I'm entirely invisible but yet these people likes trouble that they literally come looking for it free of charge, so how is it my fault"

Fairy shut its mouth and could only lit a candle for anyone who offends his master.

Soon they arrived at the restaurant and paid for a private room and then began their order.

In a certain private room

"Hahahah well isn't this amazing"

"It's not funny why are you even laughing"

"Just because"

"Just because what?"

"Hehe"

"Nevermind you can laugh all you want I'm the one who was stupid enough"

"Don't say that I mean it's easy having your job"

"Are you trying to mock me now?"

"Of course not I would never dare you're my friend and master"

Soon the door opened and two miserable servants walked in with their head's bowed

The beautiful man named Kadesh and his artist friend named Joram couldn't help but feel disappointed in these two but of course one of them found it funny

"Now that you've been cleaned up I want you to explain yourself"

The two servants looked at each other and tried speaking up but it was no use they were beaten up so badly that their words made no sense

Kadesh had a deep frown and stopped them from rambling their nonsense while his friend kept laughing

"You two get out of my sight and return to the mansion, once I'm back better pray for your life"

The two servants could only fearfully walk away in fact they didn't know how it came to this, everything was going so well until the fight broke out and as if that wasn't enough the entire blame was put on their heady and everyone testified that they started it as of now what those two servants even forgot was what exactly they were doing there at the moment

Back at the room, Kadesh and Joram both had seperate thoughts while one laughed at the miserable state of the servants the other was having a headache from both his servants and his mother but little did they know they had forgotten what brought those servants to that ridiculous state in the first place.

Not too far away another room was having a blissful time

The next room was filled with foods of different types as if it was for a huge family but only one little child was inside and of course that was Asahel

Asahel had order alot simply because she could store them inside her space so she gave them to Fairy to keep it inside while they ate the remaining one. She didn't know how to cook so she'd rather buy them now to save for later

soon they were done when suddenly a waiter came to take their bill Asahel paid it and the man walked out clumsily
