A fool with a money bag

Once the child stepped out of their business premises they had nothing to do with her.

But still the woman was waiting for the child to ask for assistance to carry her bags of money till they were out of their business premises but to her surprise the child didn't say anything and after a while she took all five bags and carried them like she was carrying a baby and followed the girl who was also surprised but didn't say anything

Asahel was made to pass through a different door and came out on another end, she was then escorted until she came to an alley then the girl bid her goodbye and turned to leave

For those who were frequent customers in this shop understood how this alley works.

You inform the shop in time with a tally that had been given to you, then keep your people at the end of the alley,

once you're done with your business you take your money or goods or even information hand it over to your people and move in different directions to avoid being attacked

but Asahel had no one waiting for her so right now it was as though she was just carrying those money to freely give it out

The girl who escorted her could only sigh and walked back to her post

Asahel didn't say anything and continued walking through the alley which had no one

This business was a sketchy one and they took great risk but still they never take any money from their sellers instead they sort for information by keeping trace on their customers most especially, the ones that caught their attention.

So as Asahel went through the alley two men were already above and watched the child.

Their mission was to follow, spy and report back, if anyone took the customer's money they would be haunted down and killed, but if a theif took the money and they had nothing to do with it after investigting they wouldn't even bother retrieving the money unless the customer was very dear to them and that was in the case of rare or valuable goods

Asahel didn't know she was being followed neither did Fairy but it didn't mean they weren't cautious.

Asahel had read stories of how people were robbed when they held money foolishly like the way she did and it all started from when they left the place that they got the money from

Before she reached the exit Asahel bent down as though she was very tired from carrying those bags of money, she put them down and wiped her forehead as she spoke to Fairy

The two men who watched from above had the same thought

This wasn't the first time they had followed a customer, but the information they were given was that this customer sold a common goods and carried the money like a fool

Well the fool wasn't stated there but once they saw her they felt like she was one

And finally when she dropped all the money bags down they confirmed for themselves

'she really is a fool'

As the two thought of this for a minute they lost their focus for awhile, Asahel got back up wiped her fake sweat and continued moving

The two men continued as well but became extremely shocked when she reached the alley's exit with nothing in her hands

The alley wasn't bright since the sun had already set but it was a little bit brighter once they reached out of the alley only to find the child walking as though she went to do her business and came out satisfied

The two looked at each other and one went back to the spot Asahel bent down to check but found nothing while the other followed her.

What shocked him even more was that the child went from store to store bought sweets, pies, cakes fancy mask, children shoes and many more enticing things that any child would love for his or her parents to buy for them

"I've checked the alley twice I still can't find anything how about you"

"I've been following her but all she's doing is buying lousy stuff"

"So what do we do"

"Well...that's not our problem right?...I mean we were only told to get some informations whatever happened to her money isn't our fault"

"But what if they think that we did something"

"Are you a fool.....just look at that child she has time to buy stuff and that's obvious enough that her money is safe besides don't forget we're also been watched if we do anything to the customer"

Finally the other man shut up and they blended in the crowd and followed the child

But hours passed and the child kept buying things as though she was preparing for a birthday party,
