Cross was moving toward the noisy sparks in the distance when he noticed a figure in the corner of his eye. His sense of danger kicked in at that moment.

Without looking at it, he quickly jumped high in the air and activated the boots' gravity control ability.

After a successful evasion, a crashing sound was heard as dust rose in the air.

Cross landed a couple of steps away from it. He looked in front of him and noticed a massive figure inside a cloud of dust.

The ground where it landed broke and web-like cracks were under it.

…What the hell. Where did this one come from?

He was sure that no one was tailing him. This one must have caught sight of him while he was running and unaware.
