I went back home with Hazel, Onyx and Fifty, and the other knight class cats, only to find that Kayden was opening a can of cat food. "Ah." He spoke as he looked up and found us staring at him. And again…
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I found myself bursting in laughter. Kayden popped a couple irk marks and shouted. "What are you laughing for?!" I calmed down my laughter slowly.
"Sorry, sorry. It was too funny for me, no, no. It was hilarious." I answered honestly, the scene was just too funny. But anyways, I jumped up the divider and got me myself some cat food.
I opened a couple cans of cat food and fed my newly recruited brethren. "Eat up nicely, since a few minutes later, you will need to work hard later in order to keep up with the food."
I spoke as I crossed my arms at them. Kayden looked at me strangely and asked, "Why did you bring more cats? What did you mean by that?" I looked towards him with a fierce look.
"I am training these cats to become stronger. I built an information system with cats after speaking with them," I pointed towards the knight class cats. "They'll be the escorts."
"Hah!" Kayden scoffed, "I find that ridiculous." He spoke. "Hm, I agree. It is ridiculous right now, but it will be much more in the future. Right now, the organization is composed of fifteen cats, excluding me."
Kayden looked at me with a baffled expression. "That was for real?" He asked. "Yes, Kayden. I am not kidding; this organization was just founded a couple minutes ago." I replied.
Turning back my attention to the knight class cats and the trio, I spoke. "Had you're fill?" I asked, to which they nodded at me. I smirked. "Good, get prepared for the training."
I lead them to the basement of Jiwoo's house as I flicked the lights on. The cats were wandering all over the basement floor, sigh. "To all units! Attention!" I shouted at them.
The cats got alarmed as they lined up with three columns and rows. "Good! You know the basics. Staring from right now, you will find a pair, except for hazel, he will pair with Onyx and Fifty at the same time."
I spoke curtly as Onyx and Fifty immediately paired up with each other, and so did the other cats who were familiar with each other. Except for Hazel who approached Onyx and Fifty.
"You're quite the strict commander, huh?" To my surprise, Kayden had followed down with me. "Yes, I will need to be strict in commanding my subordinates if I want them to stay in line."
I switched my attention back to the cats and spoke. "What we will be doing for today will be simple, first, we'll have a round of stretches, and then, we will have a wrestling match with your pair."
The cats were baffled, they thought that they were going to do more. "Though it will be only wrestling with each other, it will help with your muscle development by the simple exercise."
"Also, stretching will wake your body more flexible and reflexive, along your ability to attack and defend to increase too. Wrestling is plenty of exercise in itself."
"But stretching and wrestling will do for now because this will only serve as foundation and door for the things you will be performing in the future, right now, I am only preparing your bodies for it."
The cats nodded and praised me. "As expected of her highness!" "She is so wise!" "Meow." "She thinks so far ahead." "As expected from her highness!" "I am happy to be under her!" –they would say.
"Okay! Everybody, start stretching!" I ordered as everyone stretched along with their partner. After they completed a round of stretching, I commanded them to start wrestling.
The cats were eagerly engaging in wrestling and time smoothly passed by. Seconds, to minutes. And minutes to hours, and it soon reached 5pm as I made the cats leave for today.
Onyx and Fifty collapsed on the floor as hazel sat down, all three were wheezing from exhaustion. Kayden's eyebrows twitched as he spoke. "I'm starting to think you're torturing them."
I sighed. "This would be the normal outcome. I mean, c'mon, they've been wrestling with each other for so long. It would be abnormal if they weren't exhausted." I reasoned.
The cats were exhausted after so much exercise, and some were discouraged to continue. But after a quick speech and asking whether if they wanted to continue my training, they all said yes.
"I'm home! Ms. Vera, Mister Kayden, I'm home!" Jiwoo blared as he took off his shoes and entered the house. "Oh." I muttered. "You're here." I turned around to see Jiwoo.
Only to find that he was staring at Hazel, Onyx, and Fifty lying in the floor, convulsing near a stack of cans. "Uh… what is this, guys?" Jiwoo asked as sweat graced his forehead.
He checked the cans and asked. "How did they open the cans?" But I was too tired to answer, supervising cats for almost an entire day is draining my mental energy.
"How did they open so many cans? What in the world…?" Jiwoo spoke as I lied down flat on the floor with all my legs spread like a floor mat. "Oh, about that. Some cats came over, so I helped feed them."
"Whaaaaaat???" Jiwoo exclaimed as he had mixed feelings, first thing, he was happy that cats came over, and they were fed and satisfied, but on another hand, his collection of cat food…
.
..
…
It was another common and normal day in which Jiwoo went to class, but today was special. If I were correct, today was the day the Jiwoo would meet his future best friend "Woo-in"
I activated my 'shadow cloak' and stealthily moved through the shadows the tall grass and bushes were providing, "Amazing…" I muttered quietly as I raised my paw.
What I was seeing was just thin outline of my paw, constantly flickering in between visible and non-visible. "Enough procrastinating, I should find where Jiwoo's classroom is."
I continued on and softly walked towards a huge tree right beside the school building. "Nice vantage point." I spoke as I headed towards it and scratched my claws for a few seconds.
"Nya~… Ahng~… It feels… so nice~" I purred as I let go of the tree for a moment, before staring upwards unto the canopy of the tree. "Hm, I guess I could do it that way…"
I scaled up the tree as my claws dug into the bark of the tree, it was like I was just normally walking on it. "Well, all that power compressed inside a tiny body like mine sure helps it."
And so, I perched on a branch that was high up in the tree. I looked around for a second, but I still couldn't spot Jiwoo. I found another guy though, Yoo Jisuk. "Hahhh, the guy is still a jerk right now."
I spoke as I shook my head, closing my eyes. And as I opened them again, my pupil widened and a load of information entered my mind, "Cloak of light." I muttered.
By using my "Photokinesis" I was able to increase the amount of wavelengths in light I was able to see. But a much better effect was what I was after, zooming in on a target.
My vision widened for a second, before zooming in. "Woah… This is a whole new experience I need to get used to." I uttered quietly as my eyes wandered across the classrooms.
And there, I found Jiwoo sleeping. "Hahhh… Jiwoo you're in class, you should be awake and not follow what cats do." I spoke, but not like Jiwoo could hear me anyways.
As I watched him, I soon grew bored. "Meh, I think it would be okay to skip the scene, after all, this wasn't all that major in the story. Nothing big happened, I think?" I muttered.
"But I think experimenting on my Photokinesis ability would definitely suffice for this journey." I looked down the branch and was met with the fall of 5 meters long.
"Ho-Ho, this will be quite the fall." I gulped as I jumped off. The breeze was gentle as I fell- BUT NOT MY FRICKING FUR! It was standing on end as if I was a scaredy cat.
And to be honest, I was a scaredy cat. My automatic cognitive systems blared and confirmed that I was falling as I automatically spread on all fours, landing on the ground.
"SCREECH!" I screeched at the top of my lungs as I felt pain on my left front paw, dammit, a tiny fickle of wood pierced my paw… "F*ck, it hurts…" I growled in pain.
But I saw this injury as an opportunity. Pulling out the splinter, I activated my photokinesis and I focused my force to towards the wound, and it healed in a literal flash, as if wasn't there a couple of seconds ago.
I maniacally smiled at my paw that was injured just a few seconds ago, now as if there wasn't even a scratch on it. "As the legends once said; With no pain, you will have no gain." And I took that seriously.
