What happens when you thrust superpowers onto a homework-burdened, peer-pressured teenager?



With an average dose of courage, slightly higher levels of justice, and an unholy record of coffee consumption, Haven finds herself booted out of normal life and into a team of five other teens with absurd powers. And even though they treat her like family, there are only so many times you can burn someone without pissing them off.



With an enemy dedicated to bringing their team down, a golden retriever boy who helps her along the way, and a team leader with dark hair, dark eyes and an inky-black soul, will Haven make it out in one piece?
