And the last case is 500 families are suing a cultivator by the name of Ren Fu for being negligent as a husband and a father whilst also pilfering their resources dry as he moves from place to place.,"

With one crucial element of the investigation already uncovered, which was a pleasant surprise to Yang Qing since he had not expected it, his spirits lifted by the news of Bai Chen's mortality status, he quickly brought his attention back to what brought him here in the first place: which was gaining insight into the yin energy that had invaded Bai Chen's soul lantern.

On his thoughts settling here, he turned his full attention on Shao An who held the answers to that particular mystery having already suggested that the yin energy likely belonged to a treefolk, of which he confirmed with unequivocal certainty it wasn't Bai Chen.

Sensing Yang Qing's gaze, Shao An gave a slight nod before continuing where he had left off.
