Chapter 116 - Hunter License
Korean Hunter Association. Currently, outside the gates of the hunter association were jam-packed with reporters. Chairman Go said while looking at them.

Go Gun-Hee just smiled and looked away from Choi Jong-In and towards the second man who avoided his gaze. Which caused Jong-In to look at him while squinting his eyes.
'He's making a face of someone who got caught,'
"Looks like both President Go have met him,"
Jong-In said while looking at Go gun hee who appeared regain his strength but he unable to precisely pinpount it
"Well, I have met him and he is quite the character you see. HAHAHA."
President Go said while laughing causing Jong-In became more curious.
'He might be some kind of character if the president is vouching for him.'
He thought while smiling and looking towards a woman who carried herself with grace and beauty despite her constant use of a handkerchief. She was a pretty young woman with gray eyes and blonde hair in a bob cut.
Cha Hae-in the vice master of Hunters Guild and the only female Korean S rank in the country as well as the most recent S Rank till now.
She was standing a bit far away from them while covering her nose with a handkerchief. This is due to her sensitive sense towards Mana and having a lot of people with extremely dense and vast Mana irritates her. She could easily request a special respiratory device but dislike how it looks.
"What do you think about Hunter Cha-nim."
President Go said as he looked towards Cha Hae-in, the one of the strongest hunters in Korea.
"I haven't met the person. But, If President Go says he has a Good person then I'll believe it."
She said as she removed her handkerchief from her face.
"You should meet him first then tell us what you think."
President Go said, giving his normal soft smile like a friendly neighborhood grandpa. He knew what kind of person Ryuu was and seeing Cha Hae would certainly fall for him.
Cha Hae-In just nodded. And then the three started talking again.

Ryuu arrived alone outside the hunter association since girls went to get their license already.
He was a bit annoyed as there was no place for me to go through as it was packed with reporters everywhere. Trying to make their way into the building with cameras but they were stopped.
He saw Jin-Chul standing in front of the door. Ryuu guess he is
waiting for him.
He thought before vanishing using [ Koku Shundo ] instantly appearing in front of him. Which gave him quite the scare and quickly composed himself.
"Was that necessary."
"No, but it's fine."
He said with a wide grin before the sound of flashes and lights flicker non-stop, he turned around and looked at Jin-Chul.
He nodded and told me to follow him.
"Is he the new S-Rank? He's so handsome....I don't spreading my legs for him."
Said a woman reporter as Ryuu heard the last part and warily smiled. Everyone was eager to know more about the new S rank. Soon Ryuu followed Jin-Chul and arrived in front of the Training room inside the Hunter Association.
And saw four people standing outside the door, The Hunter Association chairman Go Gun-Hee looked at me and smiled as I walked towards them, he felt an intense gaze filled with curiosity. He looked towards the gaze and saw the only woman in the Group.
'Cha Hae-in why is she looking at me like that? What does she smell from me'
He thought about trying to know if there's anything that attracted her to him. Ryuu concluded it might be because of an otherworld that made her interested in him while also boosted by the [ Essence of Harem protagonist ].
They were walking towards them. When he was close enough quickly introduced himself. Everyone in the room could see that he was an S Rank yet some danger was lurking within his deep crimson red eyes.
'He's certainly an S Rank yet I can't pinpoint if we're on par or he's higher.'
Baek Yoon-ho since his ability is turning into a white tiger human hybrid made his instinct more sharper than human and he can feel his primal urge to be released just being around him.
'Indeed, we don't even need this evaluation. His power is clearly an S rank hunter.'

"Hello, my name Ryuu Cinco, it's nice to meet all of you."
"A foreigner? Are you Japanese or Spanish?"
Baek Yoon-ho remarked that he could mistake him for a Korean.
"I'm mix, I recently moved to Korea and didn't expect to become an S rank when I tried to register."
He didn't correct him and tried to act ignorant while Baek Yoon-ho just nodded.
"Well, I hope you stay in our country. Anyway, My name is Baek Yoon-Ho the guildmaster of the White Tiger guild."
Yoon- Ho introduced himself by reaching out his hand and when Ryuu shook then he turned towards the lanky man with red hair.
"It's nice to meet you, I'm Choi Jong-In, Guildmaster of Hunters Guild."
He gave a friendly smile, reminding Ryuu of a certain manipulator from a certain series.
"Nice to meet you,"
He said and looked at the last person.
'Isn't she staring at me a bit too much?'
Ryuu thought as he looked at her she still had her Handkerchief in her hand covering her nose. Jong-In saw this and smiled slyly as he said.
"Hae-in you shouldn't stare at someone like that."
Which caused her to snap out of her daze and her face turned a little red.
"A-Ah, sorry for staring at you. My name is Cha Hae-in. I'm the vice-guild master of the Hunter's Guild."
She said in one breath as she removed the handkerchief.
"OHO, I don't think he minds being stared at by a beautiful woman like you,"
Jong-In said teasing Hae-in which caused her face to become redder. This caused everyone to laugh and Ryuu just smiled a bit.
"Then let's start shall we, follow me."
Go Gun-Hee took the lead as everyone followed him. After reaching inside the room Go Gun-Hee looked at me and said.
"We have prepared a target for you which is made of special material that can withstand an S-Ranks power so you can demonstrate your ability."
He nodded and looked at the human-shaped target. Everyone was intently watching what he'll do.
"Uhmmm…Can I borrow any weapon?"
Ryuu asked since he isn't planning on showing his true skill.
"What kind of weapon do you prefer?"
Go Gun-Hee asked since he doesn't know if he's a swordsman or not.
"Do you have daggers?"
He nodded, then told the evaluator to get him one and soon got what he requested. Ryuu nodded seeing the weapon since he isn't used to having a chainless dagger but it will do.
'Is he an Assassin class?'
They all think it is the preferred weapon for people who focus on speed since they're lost and don't use swords when they can just reach their enemy before they can react.
Ryuu stood taking a deep breath as Cha Hae-in saw his stance, surprised how he moved like a proper weapon user.
'Did he train in the way of the sword before?'
He was clearly not amateur from the way his posture was carefully planted on the ground and center of gravity seemed unmatched.
Ryuu displayed a skill that was rare in S rank or any Hunter since they gave up hope in trying to get stronger just because none can raise their ranks not realizing that they can but just extremely slow and small that none tried to.
Cha Hae-in only one who kept training herself and sharpened her usage of swordsmanship that her destructive power was the weakest compared to other S Rank yet made up for with her sword skills.
