Chapter 13: "The enemy has arrived"

There's a news spreading around. And Jester Overheard it in the television. That there's a serial killer that were roaming around the town. 

"It looks like this town will be ghosted by a notorious serial killer... I hope they catch that serial killer asap... Jester you should be careful..."

"Yes I'll be careful... You should be careful too Mr.Joe..."

"Don' t worry about me... I'm too old and spent all his entire time at home..."

"You shouldn't be over comfortable and careless... At times like this you should be careful specially when your outside... Who knows what the serial killer was thinking..."

"I'm much more worried about you... Since you are a knight in your world... I was wondering if you will take an action that will lead in a life threatening way..."

As Mr.Joe said Jester was thinking to confront the notorious serial killer by himself. And end his menace as soon as possible. So that it may not harm no more. But Laila need her more. 

At times like this Laila needs her more. To protect her from harm. For as long as that notorious serial killer was still roaming the town. They were not safe.

Jester called Laila and make sure to warn her about the danger.

"Laila be careful don't wonder around...The notorious serial killer was still roaming the town..."

" I know... I'll be careful... So you should too..."

"I will be there to lead you home so please wait inside the facility and don't go out... wait for me there..."

"Ok... But be careful too Jester..."

"Yes... So wait for me there..."

So when the time comes Jester roam the place searching for the notorious serial killer.

It was night all was silence. Then a scream was heard. 

So Jester quickly run towards the place it was coming from.

Then he found a man. Stubbing a man until it lost consciousness.

The blood flow from the body of the victim 

The moment that notorious serial killer saw him. He quickly attack Jester.

"You brat... You saw it didn't you..."

Jester prepared for battle.

As the serial killer quickly charged to attack Jester. Slashing all around a dagger. The attack had no direction at all.

But Jester quickly dodge it. With his experience as a soldier this attack means nothing.

Then Jester tried to knock him unconscious. But the serial killer dodge it to quickly.

He was surprised that he managed to dodge it. He has a high sense in protecting his self.

But then it won't change the situation. Jester is much stronger than him. 

Then the serial killer tries to attack him again. But still jester managed it all so well. He was calm to dodge all his attack. And while he dodge all his attack. He landed fatal blows in serial killers stomach. That makes him vomit. Then he landed a strike to the neck that makes him unconscious. 

As serial killer lost consciousness. The police came at the scene and caught the serial killer. Jester heed himself as he watch the serial killer been captured. 

Jester sigh in relief. Then he went back home.

And with that the peace remain in town. All thanks to our brave hero Jester.

When he went back home the news about the notorious serial killer been caught was spread like wild fire. And the town people rejoice.

About his victim he was able to survive the stub wound she have suffered.

"Jester have you seen the news... The serial killer was captured... Thank goodness..."

"Yes... Thank goodness..."

As Mr. Joe sent death glare to jester.

"Don't tell me it was you jester?... Even after all that I told you... You never listened..."

"But look I didn't get hurt not even a scratch..."

"Young man...(Sigh) Don't do things that are too dangerous..."

"I'm sorry Mr. Joe... But I have to do something..."

"I know... That's why I'm worried about you... For I know you can't let someone get hurt... So you will act all heroic... Even if you get hurt... And make your life at risk... You will still do it..."

"I'm not just an ordinary man as you can see... I'm a knight Sir... My duty is to protect people... And you can't take it from me it's my aoth and honor..."

"A knight... Your not a knight any more... In this world your an ordinary man... Think of yourself more..."

Jester thought about Mr. Joe said. 

"I'm not a knight anymore... Should I be happy about it..."

"But there's someone who will be worried now for me...Mr. Joe and..."

"Am I right Laila?..."

At the prison.

"So is this the notorious serial killer that was spreading it's menace?..."

"Yes Sir..."

Inspector Fredrickson and Raven his assistant came to read the verdict of his crime. And give his punishment.

"You must have encounter a much stronger opponent for you to have been captured this easily... I must thank him..."

"What do you want Mr. Inspector?..."

"Did you know what have you done?... All your crimes till now?... Do you have regrets for all your victims?..."

"Pfff... Hahahaha... So you came here all the way here just to talk about that... Of course I have no regrets... The blood their scream while I stub them is really fun..."

"So are you saying that you did all your crimes purely for fun?..."

"Hahahahah..."

"Your no much a human anymore... You much like a demon now... "

"Hahahah... Mr. Inspector... What will you then if I were a demon?... Your just a weakling... Did you know how much lives I have killed?..."

"I'm fully aware of that... You have killed many lives that you can't be forgiven... So you will rip what you saw... You will publicly executed... You deserved more than that to begin with... For all you have done..."

The serial killer felt scared for himself. The weight of all his crimes finally get to him.

"I will die... No I won't... I don't want to die..."

"I don't want to die... I don't want to die... I don't want to die... I don't want to die... I don't want to die..."

"That's what you get for all your crime... Let's go... Raven..."

Then suddenly a shadow appeared.

"You don't want to die?... I see... Since you entertain me enough I'll grant your wish..."

"What's happening?... Where is that voice coming from?..."

"Calm down... Raven..."

"Why is this happening now?... After we have finally cought him... This happened now" 

"Eh... Don't kill me..."

"Hahahah..."

As the shadow swallow the serial killer. The inspector try to catch him but it's too late. He already engulfed by the shadow. 

Then he grabbed his gun and shot them. Then they vanished from their eyesight.

"What was that Sir?!..."

"Stay calm! This things you see now... You have to be used to it... You will see more greater than this..."

"What have happened here?!..."

The the NSA organization or the National Security Affairs came at the scene. But they use this name to cover their true identity. As an alliance that eradicate abnormalities in the world.

"It's fine we will handle this from now on..."

"What?..."

"We are the national security affairs... We have the authority from now on..."
