Chief Snick's work efficiency was very high. Just ten minutes after the photo was sent, he had investigated the identity of the homeless man.


The homeless man was named Sammuen, which was a fairly common name in District 17.


A bachelor with no relatives or friends, his social circle before going missing was limited to a few homeless people in the East District, and not many people would look for him if he went missing.


Several months ago, one of Sammuen's homeless friends came to the Law Enforcers department and reported his disappearance – this was all the department's records on Sammuen, mostly taken from that homeless man's testimony.


However, after receiving the report, they did not send out anyone to look for him.
