Lu Xiang had encountered an attack from an unknown psychic.


The good news was that it wasn't really a bad thing for Song Lan or the two of them—Director Lu, having stayed in the hospital overnight, now had a perfect excuse to cling to Song Lan and take a short rest in bed.

Lu Xiang expertly pressed her face against Song Lan's chest; this movement was nothing unfamiliar to her. Following Song Lan's conjecture, as well as their current situation, she began to analyze, "If we look at the incident at Gold Diggers' Bar from this perspective, maybe it wasn't the knife and beer bottle that attacked Ophir and Ivan, but rather both parties were somehow joined together."
