Medea and the others threw themselves into the construction of the Void Paradise, but their primary concern wasn't the economic issues of District 17, it was the strategic significance of the Bug Swarm.


Since the establishment of the garbage dump, the growth rate of the Bug Swarm had been slow. The main reason was that in the absence of external enemies, it was difficult for them to test the potency of the rot products or Ge Fu's Infected series equipment through actual combat. However, the construction of the town provided them with an excellent opportunity to test the strength of individual soldier types.


This was also why Medea had eagerly deployed a circle of Knife and Axe Hands around the outskirts of the town, referring to these creatures as "The Hunter". As soon as they hatched, she couldn't wait to send them into the "battlefield".
