Angle Saffire witnessed today one of the most bizarre and peculiar scenes he had ever seen in his life.


As the catastrophic flood approached the two of them, the assassin stood up, knocked down the hostage, and injured his ankle in the process. Up to this point, he could still consider it the professional dedication of an assassin since a dead hostage completely loses value. However, what happened next once again refreshed his understanding.


In a critical moment, the hostage offered a helping hand to the assassin. Not only did they escape the scene together, the hostage also thoughtfully took the injured assassin to the prosthetic hospital, and the two of them had apparently become comrades-in-arms during the disaster's attack.


Angle sat on the first floor of the prosthetic hospital, never having imagined that the investigation of this case would have turned out like this.
