RT1 still hasn't given up on its original ideal, dedicated to creating a mind link that unifies everyone's thoughts.


In the better world they envision, absolute understanding between people can nip conflicts in the bud.


But this is just a theoretical prototype, and implementing it involves many changes.


For instance, the most difficult issue to address is resource distribution.


RT1 has never explained these issues, which are the cause of most disputes today; it still focuses on completing that link connecting everyone's thoughts.


And the mutations happening now, and the Devourers who act as information receivers, are undoubtedly the closest realization of this theory.
