It was quiet outside of the meeting room, the three Fated just waiting to be called in. Lucas was leaning against the wall, hands in his pockets, while the other two were kind of curled up next to him. None of them had worn fancy clothes today, instead being dressed in smart t-shirts and pants. It wasn’t the worst but it certainly wouldn’t do for an interview or nice dinner…not that they really cared currently.


Vincent had started dozing by the time that they heard anything from inside, and that was mostly raised voices. One of the leaders was trying to enforce the no-human law, saying that Bonnie was a risk that needed to be taken out now. Besides, how could a human ever hope to keep up with a shifter? They were naturally weaker and smaller than even the cat shifters!
