They got to the rest stop within a few minutes. Once Lucas had finally parked, Bonnie jumped into the back seat. What followed was several minutes of cuddling and kissing, which increased in length when Lucas joined them. By the end of the session, Vincent was breathless but grinning widely. He thought to his mates that that was certainly a nice thing to wake up to. Bonnie lightly socked him in the shoulder, while Lucas simply rolled his eyes.


“You, mister, had me worried sick!” Bonnie cried out, hugging Vincent again. However, when he voiced his confusion, she continued, “You’ve been comatose for over a week, love. I was worried we had lost you.” She glanced at Lucas, who was nodding and looking somber. Vincent grimaced, still very confused, trying to process what had happened. He was stopped immediately with the warning to wait until they were at their destination before waking that bear up.
