Everybody knows the girl is always right.

***Matty's POV***

My first thought is not another guy I'm going to have to fend off for this girl. I mean is it not enough that every guy that takes a look at her starts thinking about all of the things they would like to do to her.

My first guess is that this is the guy that called her last night. I did briefly look at her phone when I put it on charge. I saw the missed calls. And messages from some guy. I think his name was Tod or Tom maybe. I was a little high I can't remember exactly. All's I know is that he's insistent, he kept ringing. I felt like smashing the phone but then I remembered it's not mine to smash.

So he's camping outside of her house. That's a problem. She's shouting at him and I feel like I've walked right into her drama. I note that she's telling him to basically fuck off and I decide that's my cue to place my hands on her.

Guys do that kind of thing. I do it to Ross all the time, when he likes a girl. He was literally doing it to me last night, touching her and keeping her near him. However on me it didn't work sorry she still chose me.

My body language has to say to him she's mine now, I've never heard of you so I think you guys are over.

Ted, Tod or Tom whatever his name, is muttering something to her about how he's sorry and she's getting it all wrong-not a great move to be honest. Everybody knows the girl is always right or at least don't openly tell her she is wrong especially when she's angry. I start to wonder how he ever got a girl like Tay, she's clearly way above him. He's got that old fashioned charm about him, with his golden hair. He's dressed a bit too clean cut. I bet he's going to a private college.

"I don't want to see you anymore okay? So please respect that and stop calling me and dropping by" mature response, I like that. God I would be so annoyed if she said that to me. She won't.

She's calm and collected now. The girl has made up her mind. And now it's my duty to stand by and support her.

This guy looks at her disbelieving. He can't believe she's rejecting him, yes mummies boy she doesn't want you.

I mean besides being a complete and utter loser, in my opinion, I wonder what he did to her?

She's angry at him which tells me mister clean cut did something naughty. It also tells me she liked him, once. I start wondering how long they were together and how long since they ended things.

She stares him down, she is not reconciling. Not an ounce of forgiveness there. I almost feel sorry for the poor loser. She's feisty when it comes to her feelings I note.

He gets back into his Ford Mondeo (yawn). Turns the car around and he's gone.

I don't think it would be wise to leave her right now. What if he comes back ? I've got to make it her choice somehow to invite me into her place.

"You all good?" I ask flashing my best smile

She's beating herself up now I can see it, she's thinking maybe she was a bit too harsh on him. Not a chance.

"Im sorry you did not need to see all of that" she turns to me. No but I'm glad I did, I'm still trying to figure her out.

I hang on, just simply looking at her. I can tell the effect I now have on her. She won't dismiss me not after that.

"Hey I didn't get your number" she says facing me and looking up into my eyes.

If I have any chance with this one I've gotta hand it over. It's all give and take with girls. I hand it over and she taps it into her phone. I notice that she is annoyed by a notification that she swipes away on her phone. It's probably him, if she replies he will drive back here.

"You wanna come in for a minute, my mums at work till 5" she says. Bingo.

"Not that I'm asking you to stay till 5" she stutters looking embarrassed.

"I'd love to" I reply locking the car.
