Chapter Ninety One

After hearing Mar say all he said, I felt terrible, never knew it would get to the point when he would want me out of his house.

He didn't say it out directly but he implied it and I wasn't going to ignore it. I went to the room and packed all my clothes and shoes excluding all the ones he got for me. I didn't think I should take anything he spent his money on since he thought lowly of me.

I tucked all the clothes into my luggage and carried my things out of the house. It wasn't easy since I was still feeling some pain in my belly but I managed.

I stopped a taxi and it took me to the train station. Jean was surprised to see me.

"You look pale. Are you unwell?" she asked

I pulled her to sit down and could see how curious she was to hear what I was about to say. I wanted to start but I felt choked up, the emotions were high and tears fell out of my eyes. The pain was too much. Jean came over to where I said and pulled me close to her and began to pat me by my arms.
