"Tell me what's the problem" he cupped her face in his palms.
"I was warned from swimming in lakes ,pools or getting close to a waterfall" she replied as she looked at his face. Her cheeks were still flushed due to the physical contact they shared. Her hands were around his neck and he held onto her using his feet.
"Why?"
"I don't know why" she looked like she could cry any minute now.
"Then don't be sad ,you're in a lake now and nothing serious has happened to you and I'm here to protect you" he soothed. He never soothed but for this beauty he would do it. She looked scared enough already.
She smiled and splashed water on his face.
"Now teach me"

"That was fun" she chuckled as she left the bush she was hiding at dressing. Looking around he wasn't there ,they left the water with her but he wasn't with her.
"Klaus!" she wondered if she should be scared or not or just wait.
Bubbles formed at the edge and finally he swam out. He wore a grim expression that almost scared her until he glanced at her and finally smiled.
"Worried about me?"
"Not at all" she would be the stubbornest person she'd ever been with this stalker.
"Really now?" he hid and dressed quickly and was back beside her in seconds.
"I'm not carrying you back home" he honestly stated.
" That's okay I'll walk from and I know a shortcut now" he raised his brows questioningly.
"Have you been here before?"
"I brought my family once but was never even allowed to get close to the lake so I just watched but I know a shorter way, let's go?"
He nodded and followed her into a darker route in the forest.
She already knew the questions in his mind but she didn't have the answers to them.
" I've never understood why they forbid me from getting into contact with water bodies ,pool,lake ,sea and rivers too" she had also curious all of her life. Ever since she was young ,her sister's could go swimming but she couldn't. The only water she touched was that of bathing and washing.
"What type of witch are your sisters?"
"Step sisters, Shira is a Cosmic witch , everything astrology ,Sharma is a plant witch my mom is a hedge witch, hexes and spells are her thing and lastly my dad is a coven witch bit he doesn't involve us in the coven business" she was squatting to walk under a falling branch.
"Why?"
"He says that in there is just corruption, thieves and traitors "
Klaus just nodded "and you , what do you think you are?"
She shrugged her shoulders " I don't know, my step mother says am Electic, am like a pick up carriage, I pick up what I come across ,spells hexes . I mean, I pick up what other witches do practice and eventually learn"
"Do you think that's what you are?" the god of silence seemed to pass by since she just kept quiet.
"No I don't think I am"
Silence.
Klaus looked around curiously, something was wrong.
"It's too quiet for a forest"
"I know" she watched him walk in front of her putting his hand Infront of her obviously for protection. This were some of the times, not there had been many similar situations, she felt useless, if there was danger how would she ever protect anyone or even herself.
"Let's go" he held her hand and pulled her behind him.
"You don't even know the way " she muttered as she tried to catch up with his long stride.
"Lead me" she sighed happily as she was now Infront of him .
Her pace now. After some bit walking, her house was in full view.
"Finally" she rushed to the house and quickly got in followed by Klaus"
"I have to go"
"Okay good bye now" she waved and he left immediately after. That felt better than good , her smile never left her lips.
