" Aella ,stand up" Klaus was standing before her , he hadn't left he was just above her somewhere on the trees that were around her house. He watched her break down which made his heart clench in anger. But he could not bring himself to start soothing her ,he would give her the one thing that she needed.

Strength and some power.

That was what she needed for now at least. She looked at him with her teary eyes and made her way to stand up. Her sobs had ceased but her cheeks had reddened due to the impact of crying. Her lips were fuller than before.

"What do you want I told you to leave" she pouted as she wiped away her tears. She looked prettier too even when she cried. He was into her obviously but definitely no admitting it to her...yet.

"I know you did and I won't, so tell me why did you cry like a baby just now" he asked her but she just rolled her eyes at him.

"How is that any of your problem?" she stomped into the house leaving the petals she had initially started to pick up down there. He followed her in. The house looked spotless obviously due to her cleaning. She could become a good wife. He pushed the thought to the back of his head Instantly before any other ideas came forth.

She was washing her face in the sink and he approached her.

"You know I could help you" he suggested but he already guessed she would just blow it off.

"Ho- why would you want to help me ?"

Because I don't want you to cry. He could've said that but he didn't. She had narrowed her eyes accusingly.

"Because you need it" he replied hoping she could accept and not be stubborn. He didn't know her much but so far so stubborn.

"Okay" she walked up to him slowly and sat right Infront of him on a high stool.

"I'll tell you all about it later and everything you'll do but for now why don't we head out" he suggested. He had already confirmed that her family won't be back so he was sure she wouldn't be in any trouble.

"Uhm..." she wanted to reject it but "to where it's getting dark" she didn't.

Today was his lucky day. He smiled and tugged at her palm and led her out to the forest.

"The better"

"I hope its not far am not fond of walking for too long" she said and he could feel the stubborn nature seep back into her. She didn't look like the sobbing mess she was a while ago.

"It's very far so just follow me or I could carry you" her eyes twinkled at the mention of being carried. She was more like a child he came to realize. She had problems and hid them very well and her emotions too.

After walking for a few more minutes she stopped.

"No I can't do this no more" she wasn't panting at all ,she just wanted to be carried. He could already guess. "Now would be a good time for the ride you offered"

She walked towards him and waited. Klaus just laughed a little. She was too wild compared to her scared state that day when she was being bullied.

"Front or back" he obviously was left with no option and carrying her would be his honour.

"Back" she came behind him and climbed into him. She was happy ,too happy actually.

"You're light as a feather,do you eat?"

"Are you saying am weak or am thin" she said as she leaned her head on his shoulder facing him. Her breath fanned his neck affecting him in various ways which she was oblivious to.

" No ,you're not weak ,you're just too light but I guess it also means thin"

"You-woah" she couldn't even complete since he had jumped up a nearby tree and continued to. She held onto him tighter.

"You should have warned me ,not start hopping while am holding onto you "

"Sorry not sorry, your blabbering was annoying me so much.. we're here" he stopped in front of a beautiful lake. It's waters were glimmering due to the moon in the sky since it was already dark. She looked at it and smiled.

She dipped her feet in the water and started playing with it.

"It's so warm yet it's at night" half of her legs were already in water.

"Why don't we swim in" he suggested but she shook her head. "Why ?"

"I'm not a swimmer"

"I'll teach you" he removed his tail coat followed by his shirt and lastly his pants and that's when she stopped looking at him. Her cheeks flushed since he feel her blood rush up to her cheeks.

"Undress and come" he swam in and disappeared inside the water. He could see her clearly well while inside the water. She was hesitant all the way while taking them out. He actually wondered what the real problem was.

"Come" he offered his palm and she gladly took it. "Just hold onto to me and you'll be okay"

She nodded, from troublesome to quiet. Why?
