The snake jerked back in pain and gave Achilles time to get away. He did not waste the valuable moment that the two had given him and pushed the tail away.

He jumped at the snake that was still writhing and headed for its head.

The monster was blinded by the pain and failed to notice him approaching. He landed on the snake's head and gripped one hand tightly on the Corrupted. The other held his axe as he mercilessly brought it down the eye.

The snake quaked its body fiercely as the earth rumbled under its quake. Its movements caused Achilles to lose grip on the snake. He fell to the ground from a high-up altitude.

Unlucky for him, the Mutated's tail swung its tail in his falling direction. He clicked his tongue in annoyance before clenching his fist. His black gloves released a faint glow as his body suddenly turned transparent.
