Kuro tried to stop them but it was already too late, their heads had exploded like that of a zit popped right away with no questions asked. This prompted the others to stop dead in their tracks and to prevent themselves from going away any further. "We are not messing around here, at this point, you either listen to what I say or you will die." Rika said to them with an authoritative voice as they were crying and panicking already. "W-What should we do?!" another disgruntled and tearful man asked her. "Stay put and hide. We will vanquish this monster in the meantime." She said which they easily followed through with.

Mikoto and Rika nodded as the two of them would take the lead. "Watch by and observe its patterns, Kuro. Only then can you jump in and help." Rika ordered him. It seemed like Rika was quickly turning into their de facto leader. The face of the undead samurai turned into that of an angered expression. Rika braced herself for the inevitable attack that would come. "Is it going to attack me or Mikoto? Or maybe even Kuro at the back?!" She pondered about the exact pattern that the monster would take itself. And it took a second of her hesitation for Rika to not notice that the undead monster was already clashing its katana against Mikoto's. "S-Shit." Mikoto said as he was wounded by the quick charging jolt that the samurai did. He backed up as the samurai turned his attention towards where Rika was.

"Are you alright?!" Kuro asked Mikoto as blood was pouring out of his stomach. "Do not worry, I will still live if we kill it in time." He said as he mended the wound that was in his stomach. He proceeded to explain to Kuro that it would be healed immediately once they kill it. Kuro knew that he had to help Rika, but his knees were shaking already, trying to muster the courage to aid Rika.

"Damn, the real deal is definitely different from kendo." She said as she clicked her tongue as the samurai was slowly having the edge as sparks flew by from their katanas clashing against one another. Kuro finally arrived at the scene as he landed a kick at the monster, sending it back right on the ground. Rika nodded at him in response as a way of showing her gratitude.

"Filthy…no honor. You must die." The undead samurai was getting up and was getting ready for the next attack. "This monster really does exist, huh?" Kuro added. The samurai was already running towards them as Mikoto joined the two in order to mount a defensive stance. Rika was the one that the samurai had his eyes on, and she knew it.
