63. Top-tier potion?

Andy could have just healed her using [Essence Heal] in a moment, but where was the fun in that? The moment Andy touched her, he knew everything about the curse in her body.

Andy purchased a butcher knife from his system and severed the patient's head in a clean strike.

"What the hell are you doing!"

Apparently, patient's mother and brother were not very impressed by Andy's techniques and immediately attacked him. But somehow he dodged their attack in the last moment.

'Damn, that was too close! This woman is too fast"

Patient's mother was shocked that he actually dodged her half speed attack and was about to attack again but before that headmistress' voice rang out

"Stop! Look at the girl"

When they turned around to look at her, they saw her face was starting to heal gradually with each drop of potion falling on her forehead.

"What how?!" Mrs Astley turned around and looked at Andy in shock, what was going on here?

Headmistress then went to girl's severed body and touched her, her eyes immediately widened in shock and she also turned to look at Andy.

"Umm if 2 pretty ladies stare at me like that, I will blush" said Andy while "blushing"

"Cut the crap and explain yourself!" said headmistress

"As you might have noticed, her curse is gone. The reason is that this curse siphons the power from one's brain while residing in their body near abdomen. So if you sever the head or the bearer's brain dies, curse will go away on its own." said Andy with a smug look.

"Wipe that sneer off your face young man! How will you reattach her head back to her body!" scolded patient's mother.

"What, didn't you mention top-tier health potion before? That should be more than enough to completely heal her now that her curse is gone and attach her body back as well." said Andy with an annoyed tone. Even though he "healed" her daughter, she was still giving him the cold shoulder. That was why Andy didn't like nobles much in general.

"T-That.." said mrs Astley nervously and looked towards headmistress.

"Haah little boy, that may not be possible. There are only 2 top-tier health potions in the entire country and those are in the national treasury. Both of those potions are over 500 years old. There is no healer who could make top-tier health potion in our country for a long time now. The king once let me see one of those potions when I did a great merit for this country, the moment I held that bottle of the potion in my hands, I felt a slightly soothing and relaxing sensation run throughout my body, I can never forget that feeling."

Headmistress then turned towards the patient and sadly said

"There is no way our king will agree to this for saving a cripple girl. The reason mrs Astley mentioned it earlier was due to her emotions."

During the attack the girl's meridians also took quite a heavy damage, she was basically a cripple now and won't be able to use her mana anymore.

Looking at the gloomy atmosphere in the room even though he saved the girl, Andy sighed and said

"Just promise me what you are about to see, you will never speak about it to anyone"

Mrs Astley looked at Andy with a bit of hope and thought 'Does he have a way to save my daughter?', then she slightly nodded and said

"Yes I promise"

After that her son also promised, then Andy turned to look towards headmistress.

"Are you looking for a beating?"

Andy then sighed and took out a small bottle filled with top-tier health potion which he created using 10,000 essence. Once he took it out atmosphere in the entire room changed and became very soothing, gentle and holy. Everyone felt like kneeling down and worshiping this bottle of potion forever.

Everyone looked at that bottle with wide eyes

"What is this?!" even headmistress was shocked

"Eh? How come you don't know what this is? Could it be?" Andy was surprised, didn't she say she had seen and held the top-tier potion before?

Andy then quickly put away this bottle of potion and created a high-tier health potion using 1000 essence and took it out.

"How about this one master?" said Andy and handed over the high-tier potion he created.

"Ah! This is it! I never thought I will get to see a top-tier potion again!" said headmistress with slight tears in her eyes as she hugged this bottle of potion.

'Does it mean fake potions are sold in this country to make more profits or just knowledge about tiers itself is wrong here?' though Andy, but then he discarded the first though, since his master is also a healer and makes healing potions herself and she is very honest person.

Thinking about it he was glad that none of his potions were sold in his clinic, otherwise that would have caused a big ruckus.

'So basically this country's low-tier potion is not actually a potion, and just some cheap medicinal water. And mid-tier potion would be the actual low-tier potion'

Looking at headmistress' reaction, mrs Astley became nervous and said

"Headmistress please, quickly give it to my daughter!"

A pained expression came to headmistress' face, she wanted to at least do some study on it to increase her level of understanding, but alas, saving this girl was more important.

Headmistress walked towards the girl and joined her neck, then dripped a few drops of potion on her face and neck, within a second her neck got reattached and face got healed. Then she dripped half of the bottle's content over her chest and her chest got magically healed as well, which she quickly covered with a piece of clothing.

"Mrs Astley, were you able to recover your daughter's severed hand?"

"No headmistress"

"Haah it can't be helped then" said headmistress and made the girl drink the remaining content and her missing hand quickly grew back. If the severed limb was still present, it would have taken only a few drops and saved some of the potion for her study later on.

"Don't make that face master, here" said Andy and handed over another actual high-tier potion.

"What?! Did you rob the national treasury and stole both of these top-tier potions?!"

"How rude master, I am a healer you know. I can make top-tier potions myself"

"What!?"

This fact alone was enough to start a war between countries to fight over Andy.
