Ivy holds Christopher and Alexus as Jackson finishes getting ready, "Jackie, come on! How is it that I got myself and the twins ready before you got yoursel-"

She was cut off by a shaking of the building. The twins begin to cry as Ivy tries to keep balance. Jackson rushes out of their bedroom and pulls Ivy and the kids into the doorway and tucks them into his body as Ivy puts the twins as protected by them as she could. Soon, the shaking stops and they lift their heads.

"Are you alright? The twins?" Jackson asks, looking his little family over.

"Yeah, I think so," Ivy tries consoling both twins but is struggling before Jackson takes Alexus.

"We gotta go. The E.R. is going to be packed and Owen and April are going to need all the help they can get," she puts a now calm Christopher in his carseat as Jackson does the same with Alexus.

He nods, "Lets go."

Ivy spends a couple extra minutes just holding the twins before Jackson can persuade her to give them to the caretakers. She pouts the entire way to the E.R. before seeing the mess that the E.R. is.

She sees April leave the desk as the phone rings and quickly picks it up, "Grey-Sloan Emergency. Okay. Got it," Ivy sees Webber, "Did you need something?"

"Oh, no, no, uh. Bed eight. I'm- I'm on my way," he shakes his head.

As he walks away, Ivy furrows her eyebrows, "Weird... yes, I'm here."

Ivy cracks her neck by the nurses station as Owen talks to the nurse, "Hey, we need to restock the supply cart in trauma two right away."

Arizona joins them, "Hey, that kid I bestows ready to be discharged."

Amelia adds, "Ditto bed oe, who has hypochondria and not a giant tumor growing in her head."

"Uh, heard anything from Herman? How's she doing?" Owen asks Arizona.

She takes out her phone, "Ooh, um...enjoying blind institute. Learning how to not bump into things. Not typing this, obvi. Don't kill any babies."

"She sounds good," Ivy laughs as the phone rings, "Is somebody gonna answer that call?"

"Not it," Amelia says, like their children again.

"Hunt will," Arizona tells her before walking away with Amelia.

Owen sighs before answering, "Grey-Sloan Emergency. Well, you need to hang up and call 911. Your-your what? Your mom? How old are you? Where are you? All right, its all right. Just-just hang on. Avery, get on with 911 and get them to trace the call on line three right now. It's a kid with her injured mom in the mountains somewhere. Go."

Ivy nods before leaving and getting 911 on the phone, watching as Owen reassures the girl, "Yes, it's a line coming into Grey-Sloan Memorial."

A woman yells behind them before Owen yells, "Will you be quiet?"

As she continues to yell, Ivy puts her hand over the speaker of the phone and turns around, "He said quiet!"

She watches as Hunt races to trauma two before getting instructions and following him, "She needs to call 911 from a land line. It's the only way the E.M.S. can trace her directly."

"Ruby, listen to me. Uh, what kind of phone are you calling on? If it is the phone in the cabin, you need to hang up and call 911," Owen directs the girl.

Ruby tells them.

"Cell won't work. Crap, okay, okay," she starts to go back to the phone before Hunt stops her.

He sighs, "Ivy, your the best person to help this girl. You've had to perform safety measures on a loved one before. You stay and talk to her, I'll contact 911."

Ivy nods before stepping towards the phone, "Ruby, I'm Ivy and I'm a friend of Owens. I'm gonna help you, okay?"

Ruby ignores that and says, "

"Because your mom's not getting enough air," Ivy sighs.

Ivy directs Ruby, "Ruby, open your mom's mouth and take two fingers and sweep the back of your mom's throat, like a...like a scooping motion. She might have something blocking her airway. See if you can get it."

"Try a heimlich. Give a hard push on your moms-" Amelia starts.

"

Ivy smiles, "As hard as you can."

They hear Ruby grunting from the other side of the phone, "

She nods, thinking, "Okay, um...okay, okay, we're gonna- we're gonna try opening her airway another way. I-I need you to put your hand under your mom's chin and very gently lift it up."

Amelia shakes her head, "No, wait, stop. You'll- you'll paralyze her."

"

Webber walks into the trauma room, "Hunt told me about the little girl. What can I do? What? Can I help?"

Ivy and Amelia stare each other down, "We are trying to get an airway."

Her sister nods, "By risking paralysis."

"I'd rather have her paralyzed and alive than dead with respiratory arrest. Do you have a better idea?" Ivy questions.

Amelia clicks the speaker on, "Ruby. Go ahead.ift her chin and pull it forward-gently."

Ivy speaks as Ruby does as she's told, "Okay, now put the phone on your mom's chest okay? And let me listen," they listen to the breathing pattern, "The stridors gone. She opened the airway but-"

Webber finishes her thought, "She still could be in distress."

"Its something else," Amelia says.
