Ambitious! : Part 5 : Who?

"Are you sure you can start now? We can discuss it first. How about that?"

Kenzo turned his attention to one worker named Julian Roy, asking him about Kenzo's knowledge of detailed information from Aguero's research.

Those doubts were created when Kenzo started his Minister of Technology and Research job. Even though they know Kenzo's education has reached the final stage with related studies, they still doubt Kenzo's abilities.

Hey, he got the position because of his dad.

"No, I already know and understand the situation."

Kenzo took a sheet of paper, "How many samples have you taken?"

They looked at each other before answering Kenzo's question, "Out of the nineteen humans we cooperated with, only seven samples were obtained. Three of them were treated, and the other four had no infections because they got the hygiene kits before the finances hit."

"You should have delayed."

They fell silent hearing Kenzo's words.

"It . . . We . . ."

The holographic screen integrated with advanced technology is now enlarged to show the structure and images of human DNA, "Who wants to sacrifice themselves? For example, a basic experiment before contacting those who have already signed a cooperation contract. We still need them."

Kenzo watched the movements of his co-workers, "I'm joking," he said with you casually. Then turned his body towards the table, which had various small tubes filled with basic chemical liquids that the body's nerves could easily digest properly.

Hearing this made them sigh of relief, disappearing the previously painted look of fear on their faces. Another worker named Theo Veon Drein stepped closer to Kenzo. His body jolted and was a bit late to fight back when Kenzo's hand pulled him and injected a nerve-weakening fluid mixed with a sleeping substance.

Seeing Theo fall limply without realizing it, they were stunned and fell silent. Kenzo threw the tool away and carried Theo's body to the research site.

"Why are you silent? We will continue our research."

No one refuted or disobeyed his orders. They researched the body of Theo, who was sleeping soundly. Blood fluid was taken from his body by measurement. Kenzo brushed off Julian's hand when the young man was about to inject a substance obtained from the mucus of an amphibian animal.

"I'm not Aguero, do your research properly. I will not forgive anyone who gets in the way of my work."

Aguero made a deviation that made the three victims suffer from severe infections that created wounds on their backs. The three of them often feel itching due to the room temperature, which makes the damage sensitive.

"How's the virus?"

Drein Hey, another worker, immediately replied.

"Ah, DNA replication has a mutation rate of 10-11 nucleotides, but because of the replication we have given certain bacterial micro-modifications, the mutation rate of replication slows down."

"In addition to the data results, give it to May so she can contact them. We need the whole sample and do a six-month trial."

May heard her name being spoken and immediately approached Drein, asking for the data, then walked to the administration room and did the task given by Kenzo.

"Another co-worker help me collect data to make predictions of developments using the Monte Carlo simulation."

"Yes, Sir!"

Kenzo sighed. He walked over to Theo, who showed his consciousness had recovered.

Kenzo glanced at Theo, who ran, ignoring him to get closer to the mirror in the room. Theo undressed and then turned his body. He tried to see his own back from the reflection of the glass.

Theo fell limply, this time not because of the liquid Kenzo gave him but the relief that enveloped him.

Theo's eyes looked around. His partner smiled faintly and chuckled softly at Theo's actions.

"Kenzo is not Mr. Aguero, Theo."

"Huh?"

Theo blinked his eyes. He looked at Kenzo and his partner's smile again and again. As if knowing the sentence's meaning, Theo walked up to the amphibians that produce mucus so excessively that the mucus creates a small puddle around the closed tube. Even though a layer of the glass tube covered it, the pungent smell was slightly smelled by the sense of smell.

Theo pointed his index finger at the amphibian, "You didn't take that, did you?"

They nodded, and Theo cleared his throat softly.

Theo showed his back, "No holes?"

They shook their heads, and Theo nodded his head.

"Whoa! I'm not a victim!"

Julian moved his chin towards Kenzo. Theo chuckled softly and then walked over to Kenzo while wearing his clothes. Kenzo threw a box of whole cream milk, finding it spontaneous. Theo caught the drink.

"Don't be careless, Theo. The room temperature is already mixed with the slime scent particles. Drink it, then throw the animal away."

I was just about to say thank you, but he's been acting like a boss. Annoying, but he's the boss in this research. It's good to have an influential family in the country.

Theo grumbled. He drinks that milk and then performs disposal procedures according to laboratory rules.

"Kim, come to my room."

Kim Fara swiftly followed Kenzo's footsteps from behind. The two of them walked towards Kenzo's room which previously belonged to Aguero. The sound of the chair creaking a little louder, Kenzo handed a sheet of paper about one hundred and thirty-seven pages he placed on the table opposite Fara.

"You're close to him, aren't you?"

"Who is Mr. Kenzo referring to?"

Kenzo rested his chin in a painted grin, "Conley Veros Cancrio."

Fara's body flinched at the name. Her body gestures showed a little discomfort.

"It . . . What is it?"

Kenzo slightly brought the sheet of paper that had not yet been released from his grip. With no expression on his face, Kenzo gave a signal as if giving Fara an order to take it.

"I'll give it a try, Sir."

"That's what I want. I don't accept rejection, and it should be easy, right?"

Kenzo cleared his throat when he heard Fara calling himself, "Specifications like this are tough to obtain. Who does Mr. Kenzo want?"

"Who? I know. Just do what I want."

Kenzo moved from where he opened the door of the room. Fara immediately left the room. She lowered her body slightly to pay respects to Kenzo.

These specifications are hard to find.

Kenzo kept repeating, "She just doesn't know her."

Kenzo didn't want anyone to get in the way of his work.
