Quin Royal Family!!!

Zion arrived at the castle's main door in just a few breaths.

Rather than arriving on his own, the overwhelming force dragged and threw him inside the castle with no resistance.

Bang!! The castle gate closed behind him as he lay forcefully inside.

It was eerie inside the castle; a normal person wouldn't be able to see anything because there was no light, but thankfully Zion was not an ordinary person; he was four Star rank level.

"Gaia, can you help me out here," Zion said solemnly, keeping his guard against any sudden sneak attack. But from his face, he was already weak because of overusing his mana inside the fog

Even the throne has stopped providing him with mana because it is not good for the body to bathe from mana for an extended period, as it may destroy the foundation he constructed in ranking up, weakening him from using the throne's mana without properly curing his physic from the toxins of Water corrosion.

[Host, be on the lookout for spirits in the castle.

I will need five minutes to properly assist you because I discovered a faith source in the castle.]

When Zion heard that, his heart skipped a beat; he understood Gaia was trying to tamper with the faith source thingy from the moment he emerged from the fog.

"Gaia, why didn't you do that in the fog?"

[Host the fog has god-engraved laws, and because your authority is too low, I couldn't help you any further, inside the fog

And for helping you here in the castle, I'm just making a simple rune to twitch the faith source to strengthen your body and power]

Zion could only smile wearily, hearing his authority was insufficient to gain Gaia's assistance; he couldn't help but think which god created Gaia because he was stingy to features and helping the holder of the system.

Wouldn't it be great if he was powerful from the start or halfway through the system?

Or something that could aid him in times of peril without regard for such authorities if his nearing death situations

He took a step backward, his back to the stone walls, and observed his surroundings; the eerie feeling and temperature inside the castle were decreasing by seconds as he gulped, realizing he was careless this time, putting him in unturnable conditions.

"Fuck Zion, what opportunity did you even consider inside the fog?" he cursed himself for basing the situation on novels he would perish if he couldn't overcome the spirit inside the castle for a few minutes.

Swish!!

"As I thought you were one of us, I can smell your blood, young one," the spirit said, his creepy voice echoing throughout the castle.

Zion's hearts beat faster,

The voice was sinister but caring at the same time, and for a split second, it became creepy, causing him to shudder.

"Ahem, senior, can we talk this out" Zion awkwardly talked to the unknown creepy voice to stall time.

"We can talk after you accept me in your body, young one,"

The spirit manifests itself with a hideous face and a foul aura, making anyone who encounters it terrified and shitless.

With each step, it formed a black crystal in its foot, causing freezing effects to slowly envelop the floor, lowering the temperature even faster

Zion didn't know what the effect of this black crystal that emits coldness was, and he wasn't interested in finding out because he already knew what the black spirit wanted, and he was determined not to let the damn spirit control him

He dashed towards the castle pillars to install time for Gaia's because he wasn't sure if he could physically fight a spirit. Furthermore, he lacks soul abilities to use, making him less confident in initiating a fight against the spirit

Illusion, vibration, and shield are the only ability, nothing more, nothing less; none of his abilities have a strong soul attack.

Regardless, he was at a disadvantage from the start. the spirit is his counter, whose abilities are much more powerful and deadly against souls.

"Why run, young one? Don't you want to become strong and avenge your ancestors?" The spirit looked at Zion, who was moving quickly between the pillars as if Zion was a joke,

If he wanted to kill Zion, he could have done it simply by snapping his fingers.

But he wouldn't do it because he needed Zion's body as a vessel, more importantly, Zion's soul because he felt that would be good to strengthen his spirit and finally complete the success rate of possession. he was confident that he could fully integrate with the body and accept him as the new owner of the body.

"Fuck your vengeance. I don't even know who my ancestors are, and you're telling me to avenge them.

I've got enough on my plate already.

Go find another person for that opportunity of yours," Zion retorted as he moved four meters away from him and hid in the pillars

"What a bad seedling is this new generation of our bloodline," the spirit said as he looked at Zion. "I'll give you another chance if you come here and accept me, or you'll suffer after I capture you."

Zion felt his scalp numb from the tone. he didn't know why but he felt something in his body tremble from the voiced

He fought with all his strength and will to control his body against the command of the spirit

"Ho, interesting you are the first person to withstand my law of commandment, what a strong soul, truly our descendant's bloodline, at least you people have spared the strong soul of our Quin Royal family," he said as a spirit with full guard appeared beside Zion and restrained him as he dragged Zion to the leader spirit.

Bang!! dada!!! shhh!!

He had no idea another spirit guard in the castle was secretly waiting for orders from the bastard spirit leader.

He tried to break free from the guard restrained, feeling the pain and coldness from the gripped arms,

"Don't fight, young one; as a Quin bloodline, you should be honored to meet your ancestors," the spirit guard said, his eyes filled with pride and might.

"Are you kidding me

instead of meeting you guys, you're attempting to take my body?" Zion retorted as he used his vibration ability.

The spirit guard felt the vibration but only smiled as he let Zion use his ability, slightly surprised by how capable this descendant of their royal family could be.

Shh!!

"You have an interesting ability, young one, but you are too weak to release its fullest potential, just accept the head ancestor, and he will make sure you realize you're lacking,"

the spirit guard said as he threw Zion in front of the head ancestor spirit.

Bang!!!

"Young one, this is for the greater good; accept me into your body without resistance so you will not feel pain," the ancestor spirit said as he tapped Zion on the forehead.
