(BL) They Just Don't

Once upon a time there was a girl who loved reading more than anything. What if, she thought, I need to brighten my, darker than ink, mood. What if, for example, and bear with me here, I try a whole new genre, that might just become one of my all time favorite ones. Now, most stories have been told so many times, and in many ways. Fantasy, thrillers, science fiction, name it, she read it. BUT there must be something out there that truly stands out. What led to her becoming so enchanted, lively, and filled with wonder for more? Was it the fairy tales she knew since she was little? Barely even friends, then somebody bends. Darling it’s better down where it’s wetter. What do you want me to do, dress in drag and do the hula? Thank you Disney, those songs do not sound ominous at all. 🙈🙊 Oh-oh! So, she continued her library search, in finding something that truly transports one to a whole new world, where even all the chaos and evilness described by a truly gifted author, wont scare her off. And then her light bulb went off! She thought instead of always reading the same genre, a great mish-mash would be even cooler! Something that brings shenanigans, brilliant satire, heart pounding romance, and enthralling action, all into one gigantic packed adventure. A story with many ups and downs, only making the book wilder. Promising, fairytale-esque, where the scenery is very, very pretty! Most of the time, she just wants to feel like she's looking at characters from behind a glass wall. *Ahem* No rose got harmed during this review. If a book isn't as excellent as this, I wont give a glance, she said. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. This book has to have it all. Maybe, just maybe, a paper book wont cut it anymore, or at least her fingers wont be cut by paper, *oops* but all her clumsyness aside! Then, an idea popped into her head, as it felt like she got hit on the head with something that fell out of the sky, she realized it was the prayer she wanted to be heard. MAYBE an app can do the trick as well! Her second prayer on getting quicker reflexes remains to go unnoticed. Gasp! It was the discovery of a book app! She found the most wonderful story! Is it Christmas already, no? Still a miracle then, thank you, baby Jesus! It has, not only, all of the boxes checked off she held so close to her heart, she also encountered one of the hottest, dearest, and bold couples she ever had the fortune of making an acquaintance! But as she got wrapped up in their fight for freedom, she had to acknowledge the threats around, trying to tear two kingdoms apart in a tormenting, cold war. Or warm, depends on where everyone lives.😂 One gorgeous Prince becoming a true leader. His stunning boyfriend becoming a pure revolutionary. What's not to love here? And the best part? It's still ongoing! What the Shrek just happened? Forget ever after. Don't stop dreaming and believing. Just Do It! Just read happily, she sighed. And so she did. The end...well at least the end to the comment 🙊😂
