Where's Yuri?" Rai asked Kosuke. "Isn't he supposed to come with you?"

He and his friends were in the living room, eating pizza and playing video games.

A pained expression marred Kosuke's handsome face. "We broke up" he answered. He was sitting on the plush ash rug, a bottle of cold beer in his hand and a slice of pizza in the other, looking very miserable.

The pizza in his hand had already gone cold. He tried to eat it but every bite tasted like ash. Frustrated, he dropped the pizza back on the plate and pushed it away.

Yami scoffed. "More like he broke up with you."

Haru, his boyfriend, slapped his chest. "Don't be mean to Kosuke. He's hurting."

Yami rolled his eyes but said nothing more because he didn't want to upset Haru. Rather, he focused on the game he was playing.

Rai was confused. Kosuke and Yuri were just fine when he left them at school yesterday and now they've broken up? He raised a brow at Kosuke, waiting for an explanation.

Christopher Kosuke is one of the friends Rai made the first week he started college. Kosuke is taller than him by a few inches and was equally handsome. Curly blonde hair, eyes like pools of yummy hot chocolate, a slightly big nose which just increased his beauty and pale pink lips. Coupled with his hot Australian accent, girls rushed him like mobs on a celebrity.

Too bad he was gay and taken.

"I'm waiting," Rai said when he saw that Kosuke wasn't ready to talk.

"If you won't tell him, I will" Yami warned, glaring at Kosuke.

Yami is their closest friend. They met during their orientation on the second week of college and hit it off immediately. Turned out they all had a passion for music which was Kosuke and Yami's major but not Rai's.

Yami was equally as handsome as his friends. He had dark brown hair which covered his forehead, giving him the look of a serious student, a straight long nose and small lips. He always kept on a flat expression which make people feel intimidated. No one ever knows what he's thinking. Only his close friends get the privilege of seeing any emotion on his face.

Kosuke sighed and gulped down his beer in seconds. "We broke up be-"

"Nu uh. Start with 'he broke up with you because' " Yami said with a hint of a sneer. It earned him another slap on the chest from Haru but he didn't care. He loved any form of contact with him. Besides, it didn't hurt. He just pulled Haru closer to him and kissed him on the cheek.

Kosuke saw this and felt bitter, knowing that it was his fault he lost Yuri.

Haru is Yami's boyfriend of a year and a half. They kept going on and off at the beginning due to Yami's coldness but Haru later got Yami to open up his heart and now they're cool and madly in love.

Haru is the all-time pretty boy. He's taller than Yami by a few inches and thinner. His hair was straight and long, dyed in a light pink colour. Sexy brown eyes, thin pink lips and smooth crystal clear skin. Yami always had a hard time fending people away. Haru has a personality that seemed to draw people in and he's very kind. One of the many reasons his boyfriend fell for him.

"He broke up with me because -He gave Yami a sharp look which Yami returned a satisfied smile- I refused to introduce him to my parents"

Rai frowned. "I thought you did that already. You told me you did"

"Well, he lied," Yami said. "Kosuke here hasn't even told his family that he's gay and now, they've found the perfect girl for him who also lives here and they have a date tomorrow"

"Mimi...let him explain" Haru grumbled, obviously annoyed at Yami's constant interruptions.

"I'm just helping him honey" Yami replied, blowing him a kiss. "Can't you see that he's having problems speaking the truth?"

Rai didn't even know what to say. He was deeply disappointed in Kosuke. "So you've been lying to all of us this whole time" It was a statement.

"I'm sure if Yuri didn't answer the phone when the girl called, none of us would know," Yami said.

Haru scooted closer to Yami on the sofa and rested his head on his shoulder. Yami's body immediately went lax and he pulled Haru even closer. He knew Haru hated arguments and violence so he mentally decided to keep his voice low.

"I'm sorry guys," Kosuke said, a few tears drops rolled down his cheeks. "I'm really sorry"

"You should be saying that to Yuri" Rai spat. "Damn we don't even know what he's going through right now. How can you be so selfish Kosuke? Do you even love him at all? You've been together for three years now. Three years!"

Tears gushed out of Kosuke's eyes like a waterfall. "I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I-I just- I-I can't-"

Yami rolled his eyes. "Oh for fucks sake stop crying and go do the right thing. Cancel the date tomorrow and FaceTime your parents with Yuri and introduce him"

"It's not that easy!" Kosuke sobbed. "My parents are extremely close-minded people. They'll never understand. I'm afraid they'll cut me off. I'm just in my second year. I can't do it. I can't"

They didn't say a word. On one hand, Kosuke was right. If his parents do cut him off, how will he pay his tuition? If it's about accommodation and food, he knew his friends would help in a flash but he didn't want to burden them.

"Of course, you can't" they heard a thick voice say. The words were slightly slurred and extremely harsh.

Kota languidly walked down the stairs. A half-empty bottle of wine in hand. His hair was even messier than usual, eyes blood shot and skin pale. Like a pathetic zombie. He was wearing a white robe this time which was stained with droplets of red wine and a yellowish substance that looked like puke.
