"Be careful on your way home!", the old woman waved goodbye. Mellow waved her back and wandered off after the old woman went inside her house.

He kept thinking about what the old woman had told him along the way home.

"Melloriew, I entrust Rem to you. So please take care of the boy when I'm gone"

‎He felt like crying. Was it because of Rem's condition? Was it the fact that the old woman had gave him a big responsibility just now?

‎"no.. why now.. ", he crouched down, hiding his face with his palms. He felt something coming out from his eyes. Thankfully, there was no one around to see his pathetic moment. He hated the feeling of his chest pounding, he hated when his nose feels stuffy and most of all, he really hated when he cries. He never would've thought that he would meet someone who had a similar background as his. He got up and continued his way home. He left Rem alone for too long.

‎Without realising, he ran all the way home and called Rem right after he reached his house.

"Mellow! what took you so long?", the boy greeted with a warm smile. Mellow was glad to see him. He went inside the house and locked the front door while Rem rushed towards the television. The sight of it made Mellow chuckled.

"I'm going to take a quick shower!", he said as he walked to the bathroom.

Rem nodded without looking back at him. He was focused on watching a show called, The Amazing World Of Gumball. The show was about a friendship between a blue cat and an orange fish along with their daily lives with their family and friends.

When the second episode started, Mellow had finished his shower and went ahead to his room to get dressed. He walked passed Rem, who didn't even budged when he called his name.

Mellow felt like bugging him. He sneaked quietly behind Rem and tickled him. It made Rem laughed uncontrollably and the two of them rolled all over the place.

"Mell.. Mellow... STOP-YAHAHAHAHA", Rem tried to tickled Mellow back but it was useless. Finally, Mellow was satisfied and stopped tickling Rem.

"so, what are you watching?", he asked while resting his chin on Rem's head.

"The amazing world of gumball", Rem replied.

"heh, looks like the show is still ongoing, it's one of my favourite shows too", said Mellow.

The two of them sat beside each other and watched the show together. After a while, the two of them eventually got sleepy and dozed off.

Around midnight, Rem suddenly woke up from feeling chilly. He looked to his side and saw Mellow snoring softly. He carefully moved away from Mellow without making any noise and went inside Mellow's room. He later on came back while holding a blanket with both of his hands. He snuggled up against Mellow and put the blanket on top their body.

"Good night.. ", the boy whispered.
