"here you go", said the shop attendant while handing Mellow a big yellow plastic bag filled with stationaries. He took them and put them inside his tote bag. "Thank you for your purchase!"

Mellow had bought a few notebooks and a box of 2B pencils along with a ruler, an eraser and a pencil sharpener. As the two of them about to walk near the cafeteria, Rem asked, "Mellow.." which Mellow replied, "yes? What is it?"

Rem hesitant, "what is that machine thing called?", he pointed at the vending machine. "Oh, that's a vending machine. We put money in the machine and press any button to the food or drinks you want", he explained.

Rem nodded as a respond.

"Now that I think about it, I am getting thirsty. Let's go buy something from it!", he said excitedly and took Rem right in front the vending machine.

The vending machine was a lot bigger than Rem thought. It has a variety of drinks, snacks and including ice creams. Rem told Mellow that he wanted a milk chocolate ice cream. After looking at the price inside the machine, Mellow gave him four coins. "Put all of these inside this coin slot and press the button under the ice cream you want two times", he instructed. Rem followed his instructions and afterwards, the two of them heard two thuds. Mellow pushed the flap in and took the two cones out and gave one to Rem. The boy took off the ice cream wrapper and licked the top. He looked very happy.

"Is it good?", Mellow asked as he unwrapped his ice cream. Rem nodded and ate his ice cream happily. Mellow tried his and it tasted more delicious than he thought. "Be careful not to let it drip on your shirt", he warned Rem. The two of them left the school building and went ahead to the school gate. By the time they finished their ice creams, they had already reached by the school gate.

Suddenly, a loud voice could be heard from a distance. As the voice got nearer, it suddenly yelled. "Hey! There you two are! I thought you left already!"

Iory came running towards Mellow and Rem. "You didn't left yet? Are you waiting for someone?", Mellow asked. Iory chuckled and said, "nope, I'm waiting for you two. You're going home now, right? Need a lift?"

Mellow looked at Rem for a second. He thought that Rem must be tired after all he did today. Might as well take on Iory's offer.

"sure, lead the way Chewbacca".
