Lights out
Mansi, Istaqa's mother, was frantic in the hospital until her son just walked up to her shaking. Cheveyo saw his mother hold him, but he wasn't moving. He was frozen. He was tearing up, and three tears were already past his chin.

Istaqa was gone forever, and Cheveyo burst out crying.
At home, he plays with her teddy bear, imagining the times he would read her a story.
He remembers giving her hugs as he beats the teddy bear in grief.
He looks up at her teddy as he remembers tucking her in when she was a child. He remembers kissing her on her forehead and even being her nanny when his parents needed a vacation.

That was then, and this is now.
He chose to find out what was wrong with her and how it happened, and Cheveyo needed closure.
He searched through the camera files to see if a doctor had done anything wrong. He also wanted to see her again, and he did.

Istaqa had gotten an inhaler that worked for a while but was mysteriously empty this Time.
It was a Dry powder inhaler that delivers the medication to your body, but they require a strong and fast inhalation.
His sister was originally here for an asthma attack. Her inhaler had stopped working for some reason,

What happened was:
She was sitting on the sidewalk at the park with her 6-year-old nephew, Conner, and 5-year-old niece, Rose. Suddenly, Istaqa had an attack, Rose went for her bag, got her inhaler, and began breathing in the medicine, but nothing happened.
It wasn't even anything inside the inhaler. Immediately, Istaqa called 911, her nephew tried to help & Rose told the operator, "She's having an asthma attack. We're at the park."

Luckily, when asked where they were, Conner was not an idiot and used the GPS on their phone to figure it out.
The ambulance took Istaqa away.
After the hospital had gotten her asthma under control, she needed to be on an IV bag due to dehydration. No one knew how she got dehydrated within 24 hours.

Cheveyo also saw Machakw. He saw Machakw giving her pills that he didn't recognize. He saw Machakw closing his sister's beautiful eyes, which disappointed Cheveyo because he wanted to see them open. He liked her brown eyes, so he re-winded the footage to catch her eye color again.

Then, suddenly, He noticed what that strange medicine was. The weird medication was Diclofenac. He noticed this by zooming on the footage to see Istaqa's eyes and noticed the drug's label the further the footage zoomed in.

Clinical observations have shown that long-term treatment with Diclofenac correlates with the onset or aggravation of congestive heart failure (CHF), which can cause serious CV thromboembolic events, such as myocardial infarction and stroke (Hudson et al., 2007; Waksman et al., 2007).

That isn't good. Diclofenac is a Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are members of a therapeutic drug class that reduces pain, decreases inflammation, decreases fever, and prevents blood clots.
Istaqa didn't need Diclofenac.

Not only did he see him give her this, but after she fell asleep 4 hours later, Machakw came back into her room & pulled out a hammer peeking out from his uniform and drawing in stares that day.

Machakw then took medicine and put the bottle on his desk, then took a hammer and placed it on the table. He looked concerned but chose to continue. Machakw says, "Time for plan B. Maybe it'll work faster if I inject the Diclofenac into her, but it won't fit unless I powder it."

Machakw pulled out a sterile tray, placed it on his desk, poured some diclofenac onto it, then took the hammer and started hitting the Diclofenac with the hammer, awakening Istaqa.
Istaqa asks, "What's going on? Why do you have a hammer?"

Machakw says, "I have to input some medication into your IV drip, but I need to crush the medicine for you. It gets the job done quicker in the body and is more helpful in an IV drip than when you take it by mouth."
Istaqa didn't trust him anymore but didn't know if s some new medication. Istaqa asked, "Is this some new medicine for asthmatics?"
Machakw says, "Yes, it's more effective."

Istaqa believed him and said, "Uh, sure. Whatever. Why are you beating it with a hammer?"
Machakw says, "I figured out it works better in an IV drip, but the pills are too big to go through the syringe, and thus I had to break it down."
Machakw got a glint in his eyes that Istaqa had seen before, helping her trust him since she knew what that glint meant: So-called "Love."

Machakw says, "I had this planned out to help you." Because he wanted her to love him for "Helping her."
Machakw began to make moves, saying, "You've been having such bad health issues and all that, so, like a good man, a man you should date."
Cheveyo felt sickened, knowing that none of what Machakw said was true. Cheveyo was friends with him when his sister was at the hospital. Istaqa had been going through this with Machakw for one year. Istaqa was 16 when she died.

Cheveyo was nauseated. In the Video, Istaqa told Machakw, "Thanks, I have nothing but respect for you, but... You know we can't be together. That's wrong. I'm way too young. I'm 16. You're 57 years old."

Istaqa didn't know Machakw was poisoning her. Istaqa thought of him as a good doctor who cared for her needs, and she never spoke against him because, in her eyes, his flirty nature was never too strong on her, nor did she take this seriously.
◾
Istaqa just thought, "He's my doctor. He takes good care of my health. I should be happy about that."
Machakw says, "I think it's best you go back to bed."
So, Istaqa decided to close her eyes and rest.
Cheveyo was devastated. "I should have been there! Why did I let him do that? Why did I let her take care of her?" Cheveyo asked himself repeatedly. Cheveyo blamed himself.

Machakw continued crushing the Diclofenac, saying, "I'm going to put it in my syringe and administer treatment in a bit. The treatment will help you."
Istaqa says, "Should we do this?"

Machakw continued crushing the Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, saying, "I promise. Your brother wouldn't have allowed me to be your doctor if he didn't know how good of a doctor I was. That's how you know to trust me, that's how you know to put all your faith in me."
◾
Machakw put the crushed powdery Diclofenac into a syringe filled with water, then Machakw injected the diclofenac powder water into Istaqa's IV bag.
Istaqa felt fell back asleep. Machakw put the diclofenac pills & powder into the diclofenac bottle, screwed the lid back, and put it in his pocket. Machakw put the hammer in the trash.

Machakw immediately did what most doctors can't -- Tied up the trash bag at work and began to take out the trash. Machakw immediately remembers how strange it is for watery powdered Diclofenac to be inside a syringe.
◾
Cheveyo saw Machakw returning to the scene of the crime & picking up the syringes & throwing them away. Machakw then disposes of the diclofenac bottle in the bathroom trashcan, in fear that the police may become involved & that they may feel confused about why some of the Diclofenac is too powdery or crushed.
◾
Machakw then says, "What if they open the bottle?" So, Machakw took the bottle out of the trash with his bare hands and poured the pills into the sink, but because not all of the Diclofenac was powdered, most wouldn't go down the drain.
◾
Machakw dug out the medication with his nails to throw them in the no-touch toilet. Machakw waves his hands over it to make it flush the pills on its own.
◾
Cheveyo couldn't see what happened in the bathroom, but he was flickering through footage, got most of the gist of what went down, and sobbed viciously.
