CHAPTER SIXTY-ONE

"Yes. I had some kind of dream last night and someone called me Vera. I don't remember much, but that is it."

Lorenzo picked up his cutlery and continued eating again. The same had a striking resemblance to someone he would skin alive if he ever saw, but there was no way she was the same person.

"I will see if I can find anything about that name. Did it perhaps come with a last name?"

"No. It was just Vera." Natasha omitted to mention Natalie and the uncle she shot. Even with trusting him, it felt like giving so much information.

"Natasha, I have a function you will be accompanying me to in four days. I will have someone over for your hair and makeup. A dress will be chosen too."

"Can I ask where?" she bit down on her lips, making Lorenzo remember the kiss that had him on the edge.

"You will find out soon." Taking the napkin, he wiped his mouth and tossed it to the side. "Thank you. It was delicious."
