Sara
"It’s not quite official yet. I still have a final meeting to do with Antonio and our team. But don’t worry, it’s happening. We have nothing to worry about," he answered.
I leaned into him feeling a huge sense of relief. I could feel tears springing to my eyes again and I sighed.
"What is it?" he asked, petting my hair and holding me close to him.
"I’m just not sure I’m going to get used to all these wild mood swings and high emotions," I admitted.
He chuckled. "I’m sure you will eventually. It’s going to keep happening."
I took another long breath.
"Yeah, nine months of this crazy, unstable Sara. Are you sure you’re ready?" I teased.
He laughed quietly. "Well, it’ll be more than nine months. The first year or so with the baby will be difficult as well. Not really sleeping, high emotions, all that but it’ll be worth it. I’m completely ready. I’m ready for anything as long as I’m with you."
