"Behave while I'm gone," I said sternly, as I kissed Sara on the forehead.
"I will," Sara answered with an eye roll and unamused expression.
"Dana will tell me if you try to do something," I warned her with a pointed look.
I knew that she was beyond over being on bed rest after the last three weeks–I could sympathize with her too. Still, she needed to follow the doctor's orders and not add unnecessary stress on her body. She'd been pretty good thus far, but I could tell it was starting to wear on her.
"I don't have to go back in today," I told her worriedly. "I can stay with you two for a few more days."
I meant it too–we'd only been back home for a few days now. I had to go back to work at some point but maybe it was too early to be thinking about it. Sara and I were mostly back to normal, and Camilla seemed unaffected but I was a little worried.
"I'm going to stay in bed," Sara said with a reluctant laugh. "Just go to work. Have a good day."
