As we step inside the corridor, I sneak a glance at Hope’s expression. This is the place where Hope will be teaching if she takes the position and I am hoping that she likes it. Her smile is nearly incandescent, and it seems that I didn’t need to worry. 


“Is that an entire class devoted to grimoire study,” Hope asks Colin in astonishment, “I’ve always thought that more attention should be paid to the way we document our spells, but nobody listens to me!” 


“I’m very glad you  approve,” Colin replies happily, “And yes, the curriculum focuses entirely on spell documentation, past and present. It’s an elective, and it seems that people should definitely have paid attention to you. It’s one of our most popular courses!”
