Chapter Thirteen

Someone immediately grabbed the gun and the other person held him down.

I stopped the video and shared it to Facebook and Instagram.

Aurora pushed me off of her.

Police sirens and blue lights started to surround the building.

"Aurora." I called out but she ignored me.

Lucas held Mia in the booth seat as they looked at the dead bodies. I tried to reach out and grab Aurora making her snatch away from me.

"I saved us." I hissed.

She shook her head,"You could have killed that child."

"And He could've killed my child."

This were we don't see eye to eye. She doesn't see people like him harmful. He walked in this store intended to kill. That's not a mental issue.

That's a terrorist.

I put the gun back into the waist band of my shorts. The police stormed in with their guns up. Poor rookies, they would've got kill.

"Over here!" Someone shouted.

"Take me home." Aurora said.

"I'll take them, the police might want to know who shot him and everything. I'll be back!"Lucas said pulling Mia out of the restaurant.

Aurora followed them out of the store as I walked to the police. The ambulance picked the boy up and carried him out.

"Who shot him?!" The police asked.

Everyone looked around. The opportunity can benefit my business and Aurora clubs.

'Hero Cam.'

"I did."

Lily gasp. When did she get to this group? I glad she's not dead or harmed.

The officer put his hand on his gun. What the hell? I saved us.

"Give me the gun." He said to me.

I shook my head,"Will I get it back?"

He took off his hand cuffs,"You're coming with me."

I slowly stepped back. I can't go with him, I did Nonthing wrong!

But The Universe is never on my side.

"She did no wrong!" Lily yelled while recording the man.

The man grabbed me as the customers started to yell. Before I could escape he snapped the cuffs. He patted me down and handed my gun over to his partner.

Lucas walked back in and looked at me confused.

"I don't know why they have me in cuffs! Call my mother asap!"

They dragged me out of the building with angry people following us. The reporters immediately surrounded us and more police officers.

They threw me into the back of the police car making me hit my head.

I'm glad I didn't kill anybody with that gun. As a matter of fact I just recently got it.

"Let her out of the car right now." A man said standing beside my mother.

The officer shook his head,"I don't have a her detained. I have a he."

He felt my dick.

"This thug is going down for attempted murder." He said getting in the car and driving off.

I groaned loudly,"You sweaty back motherfucker I saved us!"

He ignored me. We pulled up to the police station and everyone immediately came out and threw me into the cell.

"How could you shoot up Waffle House?! You've killed at least 15 people!" A man said to me.

What!

"I stopped the shooter! I shot the boy in the knees! And he got me for attempted murder!" I said angrily.

Everyone looked at the police officer.

He shrugged,"One less thug off thug off the street."

They all walked away. I hit my head against the railings. This can't be right.

"Well the lawsuit about to be big! We're going to go broke dealing with him!" A gay voice whispered.

I sat on the bed and leaned back.

Cameron Alexander Jones.

Arrested.

This will be with me for the rest of my life. Well at least I'm my own boss.

I jumped up. I got to stop falling asleep everywhere I go.

I'm in jail!? I groaned standing up. Why hasn't anyone come for me yet?

"Cameron? You started quite a ruckus with the state. Look." The woman said turning the tv towards the cell.

There were protesters everywhere, thousands of them. I looked closer, was they outside? This building? Another officer walked to the cell and opened it.

"You are free to go."

That's it? I walked to the front desk. They handed my gun, phone and wallet back.

Mom and Lucas walked me the back door, outside to my car. I quickly pulled off. I had to get home, I was smelling way too much like that jail.

Lucas and I got out and went into the house.

We were always quiet but he is being way to quiet.

"What's wrong?"

He shook his head,"I can't believe you stopped a child from killing us. Where did you get the gun?"

"I bought it a couple of weeks ago."

He nodded,"Well I would've did the same as you, especially if Mia was pregnant with my child."

He started going through the pantry and refrigerator looking for food.

"I'm about to shower." I said walking upstairs.

Officer Brown.

I wonder where do you live officer Brown. I will find where you live officer Brown. After showering, I put on a black shirt, gold chain, and black pants that sagged a little, showing off my briefs.

I walked downstairs. Lucas was nowhere to be found but Aurora was standing over the stove.

Coward.

Why did he leave me!?

But the food did smell good.

I sat down and pulled out my phone. As I scrolled through Facebook, I noticed that video had over 30 million views.

I plate was slammed down in front of me making me jump.

"If you have to do all that then I don't fucking want it." I told her then continue to scroll on my phone.

"All that? A child lost his legs because of you!" She yelled.

"Good, then we don't have to worry about him walking into another business to do a killing spree."

"He decided he wanted to be a man when he picked up that gun." I added.

And again, Sometimes my mouth overload my ass.

But this time, I felt like I was right.

She grabbed her keys,"Okay Cameron."

I groaned and jumped off the barstool to Grab her arm before she could leave. She pushed me away from her.

"Let's not fight Aurora."

"You should've thought about that before shooting that kid."

"And what would you have done if he shot you? You would've been upset knowing I had a gun and didn't use it before!" I snapped.

She opened the door,"Whatever Cam."

I grabbed her and pulled her to me.

"I love you."

"Mmmhuh I love you too." She said rolling her eyes.

"Good, now give me a kiss."

She pecked my lips and slammed the door on her way out. I laughed and walked back to the kitchen.

Let's hope my baby isn't as crazy as their mother.
