Paranoia vs Desire Part 1

"Wow," I mutter as I walk through the entrance of Fuse and Maverick's condo. I don't remember seeing decor like this on Earth. Even in Mechanon, I had only seen pictures and heard descriptions of the elaborate designs of the rooms that Facility owners had access to.

The entrance and living room floors are black while the walls are the same shade as sunflower petals. Skinny silver lines create subtle puzzle piece shapes all over the walls, so when you're close enough it is as if those are the actual building blocks. I spot about two or three of the pieces that are painted black, looking as if pieces of the wall had been taken out.

I make my way to the living room and surprisingly-

"No television?"

"No need when you got streaming sites, phones and laptops," Fuse responds with a shrug.
