Moon is a young woman and gifted engineer who lives on planet Mechanon; which - unbeknownst to its civilians - is a digitized replica of Earth. The people of Mechanon live as mechanical beings with no knowledge of life on Earth. 
It is not until Moon is blasted back to various moments of her repressed past romance on Earth that she begins to question the authenticity of her world.....and herself. One thing about Moon, her curiosity is always followed by action.

This story is inspired and based on the album Modus Vivendi by 070 Shake (or, more accurately, my interpretation of it).

I've been thinking about ways to take Rashaad's advice. He said I need to completely sever the ties Mechanon has to me. He said I need to find a source of faith and love that cannot be taken from me. He thinks that in this world, the least fickle is the natural. So, I figure that the best way to experience what the natural world has to offer does not involve looking it up or watching videos. I have to venture through it and through the different people and aspects that it has. Who knows, as I delve into the nature of this world, it might bring me more experiences with all this invisible stuff, like comfort and love. You know, the things I have felt again since coming back. This time, it just can't be exclusive to Aroha.
