Summer Isles - The Cove

Eragon Targaryen

----

""Good Balerion, you found all of them."" Nata is playing a small game with Balerion where she took multiple fresh fish and stashed them around the cave and Balerion had to find them. It is easy with how powerful a dragon's nose is but it's still fun based on how excited they get.

""I never thought anything of it but your Valyrian is really good, I guess I didn't think much because we met in Braavos."" Nata looks over her shoulder at me and purses her lips with a short nod.

""I learned Valyrian first, my mom was the one who taught me to speak since my dad was always busy and it was the first she learned."" That is exactly how House Targaryen teaches as well, first Valyrian and then common tongue instead of Summer tongue though.

""I think your mom might know more than she has ever put on, she knows we are Targaryens but never seemed all that bothered you played with us. You would think she wouldn't want her child to play with exiled royalty that could be assassinated at any time."" I am beginning to think the running theory about her being a Blackfyre or other Targaryen bastard is true.

I would guess she is from the Blackfyre line since they jumped around from free city to free city and fucking a random Summer Islander is likely in passing. But then the learning Valyrian first doesn't make sense so that specific tradition should have been started by an actual parent with Targaryen blood or Blackfyre blood. I am still leaning toward Blackfyre though, free cities have me thinking that specific way. There are one or two people who could have been the one to pass their blood to a Summer Islander that had the Targaryen name.

It might even have been Aerion Targaryen the one who drank wildfire thinking himself a dragon. He lived in Lys for quite a few years and obviously had some dragon dreams if he was convinced enough to drink Wildfire.

I could also just be way off the mark and they teach Valyrian because the first 'summer dragon' that was born was born in Essos and learned the native tongue instead of their 'home land'. I won't ever know if her mom doesn't know more but it won't matter once we marry anyway as she will be a Targaryen then.

A throbbing headache begins when I think about the wedding, how am I going to make it work where all people involved will be happy?

In the Summer Isles at this moment there are six women that I am 'planning' to marry. I would be painting a target on my back if I tried to just do it all at once, I am already bedding five of them so the 'purchase' has been made. But it's entirely different to complete a marriage vow and swear to love each other and support each other through all hardships.

I mean I am mentally prepared and would even stand up and do it now but I know they would be left unsatisfied with a 'group' marriage in such a way. Maegor did a group wedding with three women and was also cursed and never had healthy children.

""What's wrong with you?"" Nata walks over to my side and lifts my chin while I am in thought.

""Thinking about weddings, things are a bit complicated."" Nata snorts and drops my head before spinning around and lounging in my lap with her back pressed into my chest.

""How many are you marrying?"" She laces her fingers through my hands and pulls my hands around her.

""On the Summer Isles I would say six including you, at minimum seven total and that might cause some problems with me having put babies into a few others."" She sighs and shakes her head before setting in on my left shoulder.

""Make it simple then, marry one at a time over six days and then on the seventh day have a big celebration and that should be enough for now. In the future, you can have new ceremonies where you renew vows and celebrate once more at whatever location you want. I am fine with anything so long as it doesn't conflict with my goals and you know what my goals are."" I nod and feel her soft hair tickles my cheek.

Her main goals include establishing a lasting kingdom out of the Summer Isles so they don't stay split any longer as she sees it as barbaric. She also wants her kids to be the ones to sit on the 'Summer throne' and have the majority of the rights to the Islands. The Targaryen name is a given in that situation but she specifically wants to be named Nata Targaryen so her conquest of the Islands is more 'legitimate'.

The name of the House that conquered Westeros does make her story sound a bit better and gives our future kids more 'weight' to them. It will go a long way and I don't see any reason to not go with what she wants. The only possible problem is the rights issue and when I take more lands and eventually figure out a way to pass down the power Nata's kids taking a huge chunk from the Summer Isles might be a problem.

That's a future problem as I have to put a baby into her for it to mean anything. The feeling of her sitting on my lap demonstrates it will be no problem on my end with the way her ass is making my body hot.

But the current issue other than the upcoming fights is the weddings and her idea to give each an individual day and then a big group thing on the seventh day isn't bad. Seven days to a week and seven dragons, seven seems to be my lucky number at the moment so I will swing with it.

""Sounds good to me, we will do it that way so long as no one has a problem with it. Thanks for the help Nata."" I kiss her cheek and she huffs.

""It wouldn't be good if I was an idiot and wanted to be a queen."" I nod in agreement as we watch Balerion toast a fish he was holding onto.

I don't know what to do about Ashara and Melisandre since they are both carrying my kid if everything goes well, but I will figure something out.

I will make it up to Shaena and throw her a huge wedding once the Summer Isles are conquered and she can come down here. I will make sure she is satisfied with it, out of all the marriage talks I have had she was the most excited. She seemed to think I wouldn't want to marry her because of the age gap and already having multiple wives but she was dead wrong.

We both already have the Targaryen name so why shouldn't our kid have it?

That and I won't lie and say I haven't grown to love her quite a lot, it's probably the most awkward relationship out of all of the ones I am in. I saw her as an actual sister for so long, it was noticeable how different Daenerys was to her in my mind. Now I have put a child into her and will take a vow to take her as my wife so it is a bit odd but also exciting.

We Targaryens are not 'normal' when it comes to family relationships, but I don't mind in the slightest.

The Vale - The Eyrie

Aemma Arryn

----

Gods, if I throw up one more time today I will throw a fit.

Wiping my lips I reach for a glass of water one of my trusted servants holds out for me as she pats my back gently.

"Thank you, Jenna." She smiles while slowly shaking her head.

"No thanks necessary my Lady, might I make a suggestion?" I nod at her giving her the go-ahead as I swish the water around in my mouth to remove the taste. "Should you not take a few days to rest? You have been working without stopping since word of your father's passing and you barely stopped when the funeral passed." I stand up after spitting out the water and taking another sip to wet my throat.

"I can't stop, things are going to be moving faster than ever and the king is even heading north. He will try and make Ned Stark his hand and drag the North into the rising conflicts, regardless of how anyone feels things are going to get out of hand. I will have the Vale ready and waiting when someone comes to cause trouble." That or when I see a chance to cause trouble of my own.

"I only worry for your health and the health of your baby, my Lady." She bows and I pat her on the back.

"Your words don't trouble me, could you go and grab me some of that spiced jerky if there is any left?" I bought as much of the spice as I could with the gold I took to Dorne, Eragon got me hooked on the stuff when I was down there. I don't know if it has to do with his child growing inside me or not but I can't get the craving for spiced jerky down no matter how much I eat.

I make my way to my desk and sit in my seat that has had extra cushions added, my ass kept getting sore before the cushions were added.

Honestly, everything is getting sore, even my toes feel sore, it makes me miss Eragon more than I thought I would. He massaged my body well and also pounded out any built-up pains and left me feeling like I was flying.

I wonder how they are doing?

Dorne - Sunspear

Elia Martell

----

"Fuck!" I curse while laying out on a bench in Shaena's room and she scrunches her brows and glares at me.

"Quite Elia or you can go whine in your own room." I restrain another curse bubbling up and look over at the moody woman.

"I think I am going to hop onto one of the ships taking men down to the Summer Isles, Lyanna went north and Ashara and Eragon are down there. I feel pent up and things were going so well, I could have a big strong man lay into me and eat out a cute little pussy at the same time. Now I have been cut off and I feel like I am going to melt in frustration if this keeps up." I knew it would be bad, going so long without and then indulging so much spoiled me rotten.

Now I feel like I have been cast out into the sea and left to die a horrible death.

"You serious?" She looks over at me with a serious look and I roll my eyes at the love-sick dragon who has been taking the separation harshly.

"I am thinking we should head down there once they have secured Ebonhead, Eragon told us the general idea and once they have Ebonhead they will be relatively safe." I might have to convince Doran to let more men stay down there to defend Ebonhead, I feel like Eragon is putting too much faith into the people he is trying to conquer.

"My mom won't be happy if I leave while pregnant, she is worried something will happen to the baby with all the stress going around. Sailing away will cause her to throw a fit." I shrug and sit up straight.

"We will just take her with us if she is that worried, you sit around all day anyway and that's all you will do on the ship. There is no telling how long the challenges will take and it could be more than a year for all the rituals to go through. I am confident Eragon would be upset to miss the birth of his first little nonscaled dragon." From the look she is making I feel like my words are getting to her, I need to talk to Doran and see what he thinks.

If more men are needed than they are needed, worst comes to worst Oberyn can call on his friends and get the second sons involved to replace the men down in the Summer Isles. That would expose him and he would have to leave the Blackfyres behind but it's a worse case anyway and not what we are trying to let happen.

They don't siege in the Summer Isles anyway and all their fighting is through ritual combat so the only worry is assassins. So a mix of loyal Dornish men into the mix will help prevent that, at least I hope.
