The Wa Tribe which is made up of several communities and indigenes bearing the surname 'Lu' happened to be a prosperous clan back in Emperor Han's dynasty.

They were only recently conferred the title of Wa after Emperor Wu Daoshi's triumph in becoming the Wu Shui Emperor. The rumors had it that they were bestowed with this title due to their meritorious contributions towards Wu Daoshi's rise.

It was a prosperous clan earlier in the Wu Shui Empire before the Blood Calamity event struck. The Blood Calamity remained a dark spot and a grave memory for the members of the modern day Wa Tribe.
