On the run for safety, the abused merman prince was almost run down by the humans, who later took him in as one of their own.

The Merman's Forbidden Love

"So, when are you leaving?" The mother raised a brow at AX, who was sitting on the cushion watching a movie. 


It has been two days since AX arrived at their house, yet, she hasn't shown any signs of leaving.


She has been cooped in the house, always seeking ways to speak to Rain. Though she hasn't been successful yet, it didn't deter her from her mission.


"My parents are not yet back. I will leave when they do." AX smiled at her.

"And when will that be? You have been with us for two days." The mother frowned at AX. "Don't you think it's time to leave? What's delaying your parents' return?"


"You know what, give me their number and I will talk to them. We can't keep—"


"Mom, I want to eat waffles." Lyre yawned as he climbed down the stairs.
