Unavoidable Risk

"The work of a necromancer," Siverly said confidently. "I would say only a sorcerer would be powerful enough to conjure up something as horrible as this."

Henry and the knights were shocked to their core but the wizards were surprisingly calm. They had been chosen for their magic abilities and, to Henry, that moment proved their abilities weren't a lie.

Their conversation was cut short however when goblins suddenly rushed forward. They were the guards of the horrible scene but their low intelligence levels prevented them from realizing someone was there since they couldn't see through the smoke.

"We've no other choice!" Siverly shouted. "Hold your breath and attack. Mella will try and stop the corpse."

With no other warning, he dropped the barrier and everyone suddenly rushed forward. Mella stopped lighting up the room because the light from the fire was enough for them to see their surroundings.

There were five goblins.
