Archidius rested his head on his hand. Pondering whether he should embark on the trip to Zarlos with the royal family or stay behind.

The sooner Soren regained his memories, the faster he can leave and return to Volthekra. The one place Soren can't follow him too.

The man has been pestering him relentlessly since he woke up.  To the point that Archidius started to weaken. He began to consider what it might mean to take Soren up on his offer.

It was driving him out of his mind.

He couldn't think of words to say. He never imagined he's seeing Soren's face again after they parted ways. The image of Soren he held was buried deep in the corners of his heart.

Archidius longed and ached for Soren all this time. His heart broke as he watched Soren fall in love with someone else.
