"If I kill your king all your descendants go with him. Tempt my fury and test my patient at your own risk," he threatened.

Adnan glanced at the deity, he seemed to be threatening someone yet his words weren't directed to the three other people in the room. Adnan mentally pondered on whether the deity was mentally stable.

At his threat, the demon king reappeared on the bed. The spirits didn't wish to offend the deity least he goes through with his threat and runs their lineage extinct.

They trusted he wouldn't harm the boy, their fates were tied together. Archidius had seen a lot of things in his life as a god, none of which could prepare him for the shock he received when he saw the boy on the bed.

The fire burned in his bones as his mind registered the demon king. He was breathless. Archidius felt his knees weakened, he fell to his knees on the ground.
