Hunting Down the Last Elf

Gloria quickly composed herself and gestured Mrs. Anderson to stay quiet as she turned the speaker on and spoke with determination, "Officer Zavior, it's Gloria. You came to my home last night regarding Alicia's disappearance. We still haven't found her, and we're getting really worried." She bit her lips at the end as she waited for him to speak.

There was a moment of silence from the other end, almost choking both the ladies who waited for him to speak. A slight ruffle and clanging heard from the other side after a while. "Forgive me for disrupting your time, but you know what sort of situation are we in.

"Listen, Ms. Gloria. We've been following the markers as per the information we've collected. Our next spot to get in is the CCTV footage from the hospital. We'll get it in our hands very soon and get to decide our next move. We're trying our best to locate her. If we were to get any updates we'd make sure to let you know, and you'll have to do so too."
