Chap 6 cute awakenings

All was quiet in the hospital room… not a beep was heard until a loud snore awoke the two in bed.

Aria and Seth both looked at one another and blinked thinking what was that noise? A ferrous beast? Then it happened again. Aria held Seth tighter to her and Seth buried his face in her neck.

"Aria, is there an animal loose? Did you hear that scary noise?" Whispered Seth.

"Don't worry I got you! Let me push the nurses call button and then try and see where the noise came from. "

Pushing the call button, Aria looks around to see where the noise came from. Just as she was about to see Jake, the nurse rushes in and loudly says "Aria, are you ok? What's wrong?"

Jake hearing the noise suddenly wakes up startled and ready to protect! " Aria, Seth, you guys ok? Guards what's happening?"

Aria and Seth look at each other and then say together "Beast loose! There was a loud roar that came twice! "

The nurse burst out laughing while Bending over to try and contain it! " you guys are great! I haven't laughed so hard in years! Beasts in the hospital! I would rather believe that someone fell asleep and snored!Hahaha! You guys are killing me!"

Jake also shook his head and laughed. " Daddy, when did you get here? Did you sleep too? Was it you who snored?! No no no … impossible daddy doesn't snore cause he hardly ever sleeps well!"

All eyes turn to Jake as he stops laughing.

"Uhhh… that could have been me. I didn't realize I fell asleep. If I did snore…Sorry. "

"Hahahahaha… daddy snored! You so funny! We thought a wild beast got loose! Hahahaha! Aria it was daddy all along! Oh have you seen our puzzle? Aria and I finished it in about 2 hrs. I gave it to her to remember me by!"

Ruffling Seth's hair Jake looked down with love, " kiddo good job! Very nice work!"

"Aria, I have some information regarding your past…" Dr Tyler says while walking through the door. "Oh, didn't know you had guests. Sorry. Are you family or friends?"

"Hey doc, these are my friends that I just made yesterday. Jake and Seth this is dr Tyler. "

Both nod towards dr tyler and wait for him to continue.

" uhh do you want to know what I found now or later?"

"Now is good. Jake and Seth can hear too. If unless you don't want to?"

" no we good. What have you found dr?"

Siting down next to Jake on the sofa, dr tyler starts telling Aria the news.

"Aria you were originally named Arianna Miller. You were born on March 1 and are currently 20 years old. You are an orphan and attend college to become a surgeon. Sitting in bed holding on to Seth, Aria vaguely has a recollection of what Dr Tyler is saying. She remembers class and her passion for learning medicine. Everything else is a blur.

"Sorry dr Tyler, all I remember is loving to go to school and learning about medicine. I guess you weren't too far off with the name since my name is Arianna. I wonder where the impersonator is? How did she keep up? Why would she do this?"
